Questions and Concerns
A. Personal Questions, Concerns, Comments.
In the process of dealing with other regions on two matters.
One of them is currently sitting on my ARC: Arbitration’s desk
The other is being handled by the SE: ARC Arbitration, and I would like to be kept informed by the SERC of the resolution of this matter as soon as possible, as the member in question is wishing to transfer into my region, which I will not allow until after this is resolved.
This month has been hectic, primarily with the Constitution and other changes riding on the heels of that. Depending on how the constitution goes, and the possibility of a fluxuation in the number of members in the region, I feel that I might need to hire more people onto my staff, in order to maintain a region of this size and keep things flowing smoothly.
Reports have not been good this month as the statistical data shows.
Chapters and my ARCs seem to both be having difficulty sending in reports.
A new note on Chapter Reports: Starting next month, you will be docked prestige for every member on your roster who does not have a WW Cam # listed. There is no reason that they should still be on the reports, as it has been stated for months now that they do not belong there. The amount of the dock will either be 1 or 2 prestige per person, I haven’t decided which yet.
Speaking of reports, I haven’t received the USNC’s report since November. Curious as to if I’m not receiving it or if reports weren’t send in December or January. If I failed to receive it, could they please be forwarded to me at southwestrc@earthlink.net?
Trying to resolve the 9/11 prestige issue. This has been a nightmare to deal with and I look forward to it being over and done with.
There have been several issues mentioned with the SW lists and I’m working on correcting the problem. Hopefully soon, I’ll be an admin for the list and can assist in correcting the issues.
There have been many recent changes on my staff, and there will be more coming, I think. Hopefully everything will get smoothed out and back on track.

Summary of AZ, HI, NV, UT chapter and domain reports
Arizona
AZ-003 The Last Outpost (Reported 2/1/03) Rating: On Time, Good
Members: 11, no members above MC 8
No chapter meeting this month.
Current Projects: To organize and solidify this chapter, and smooth over the transfer of members to the new chapter. Mike as ACC prestige did audits and forwarded them to Dan the CC of the new chapter.
Comments:
Robyn CC: "The new chapter in Tucson has been formed as of this month and several members have changed their membership. Already, rumors have begun to develop containing accusations of metagamming but no official accusations have been made nor has any proof been mentioned. Other rumors include accusations of gossiping "behind the backs" of the new chapter, but again, no official reports, accusations or proof has been brought forth at this time and because I have not been officially informed, I am not going to conduct a detailed investigation. However, I find it disheartening and not surprising that the members involved have already begun to form up lines divided by chapter affiliation, just as I reported would happen two months ago. Again, I do not see this situation doing anything but deteriorate despite the claims of some outgoing members that they are changing chapters in order to prevent this divide from happening. It has sadly already begun and I can only see the rift growing further over time. "
Chris ACC: "As with every month I work with Mike to arrange rides for members without cars that call for one. I have announce many times that members only need to call if they need rides, I am not a taxi service but I am in contact with several members with cars that are willing to pick up those without."
No Problems, Suggestions, Questions.
------------------
AZ-004 Nightshift (Reported 2/1/03) Rating: On Time, Great
Members: 11, no members over MC 8
Chapter Meeting: 1/30/03
Minutes from last meeting:
The Chapter Meeting this month decided the Current Chapter Coordinator position, Mike O'Brien and Shanon Smith were running, and the chapter decided in vote with Mike, he will assume position on 2003-02-01, and being my current ACC- Admin, I Trust him to do the position well. The Charity drives continued and those who donated have been marked for their prestige.
Current Projects: Blood, Food, Clothes, and Recycle drives.
Problems: Over all it was a decent month as a chapter, many visitors coming down from other chapters, locally and otherwise, there were concerns between Shanon and Ben Winterstien of possible player segregation, but no arbitration was needed, nor reprimands as the issue was predominately a story telling problem. I am However concerned with the current game site, as we are having more than usual outside interference from loiterers and police situations, the last game our players were questioned over two separate issues, I will be bringing this up with the storytelling staff and chapter at the next meeting.
Comments: A lot of personally grueling work with little thanks, save piece of mind knowing my chapter is doing well.
-------------
AZ-005 Tithe of Souls (Reported 1/30/03) Rating: Early, Good
Members: 30; no members over MC 8
Chapter Meeting: 1/5/03
Minutes: First meeting of the New Year was called to order at: 2:05 pm
1) One of the Chapters in Arizona is upset that we have changed our schedule.
Last Outpost feels that the change in schedule adversely affect their games
and prevent their players from attending our games. Charles pointed out that
the complaints are actually from 2 people, not the entire Chapter of Last Outpost.
Our schedule was changed to better accommodate our
player base in allowing them to attend more games in the State and to handle
the majority of the player base in Arizona. Currently we conflict with 1 game
in the State, Last Outpost’s Vampire Court game, which, with one exception,
none of our members have a desire to attend. Our players do have a desire to
attend the Changeling and Garou games in Tucson, as well as
the Sabbat game held in Phoenix. In order to facilitate this, our game schedule
was changed and will remain changed.
2) There are problems with the character sheets again. Charmain reminded the
ST staff that we have a responsibility to maintain current copies of the sheets
for the purposes of audit, but the players are responsible for maintaining their
sheets and bringing them to the game. We have 30+
players in our Chapter who play in most of the venues which equals over 100
character sheets in the course of the month to update and maintain. The Changeling
and Garou VST’s have been sent the character sheets for their games and
will be responsible for keeping them updated. Lisa will give Charles the master
copy of the Vampire characters and he will update them. The players need to
be responsible for bringing their own characters due to cost of printing. The
VST’s will email the updated the sheets to the players and the players
will be responsible for printing their own sheets and bringing them to the games.
Effective March Garou game, ST staff will print on demand only at games and
players needing character sheets printed on site will pay the Chapter 0.50 per
character printed on site unless previous arrangements have been made.
3) Mage Game: Zoe will be taking over the Mage Game since Mike McLaughlin has
stepped down. ETA for the Venue is February. Zoe will re-create a VSS for the
new game and get it to Charles.
4) Swap meet update: the Outdoor Swap Meet in Glendale is $12.50 per day setup
and $10 for reserved space. We will begin collecting donations for a Swap Meet
for funds for TINHARE.
5) Game Planning. With the new scheduling and the higher attendance we will
be having a Staff meeting between games for the Vampire games to assist with
organization. From 5pm to 6pm between games this will occur for game wrap up
and prep.
6) Damon wants to make sure that the ST staff is properly thanked for a GREAT
GAME last night. We entertained members from all of the Chapters in the State
and members from 2 Chapters out of State and everyone seemed to have a good
time.
The meeting was closed at 3:03pm
No comments/questions/etc. listed.

AZ-008 Kokopelli's Dream (Reported 1/31/03) Rating: Early, Good

Minutes from last meeting:
1. KD members were made aware that Justin Doty will be DC.
2. We reviewed all of the current charity drives.
3. I informed the membership that I am looking for individuals to step up into
ACC positions.
Current Projects:
Converting all prestige records to the "National" format.
Problems:
I am missing the prestige records for one member. I will contact his previous
coordinators in the hopes that someone has a copy of his prestige.

AZ-009 Que Sera Sera (Reported 2/1/03) Rating: On Time, Good
Members: 11, no members over MC 8.
Chapter Meeting: 1/3/03
Minutes: Minutes from last meeting: Voted for new CST as the old one is leaving
soon. Vote indecisive. New vote on Feb 1, 2003. Also voted on new game
schedule for the chapter.

AZD-Pend Dead Man's Hand (Reported 2/6/03) Rating: Early, Good
Members: 37, Chapters: 2
No formal meeting has been held at this time, 2
chapter meetings have been called as to the members
opinions to forming this domain, both with unanimous
votes to form, chapter officials then elected both
domain coordinator and storyteller, and only recently
did we receive our pending status.
Current Projects:
Find and appoint an ADCWEB and secure web space and
Domain name for a future site.
Propose and organize Domain charity drives.
Investigate new game sites for current venues.
-----------------------
Hawaii
HI-003 Red Sun Rising (Reported 1/31/03) Rating: Early, Good
Members: 13, 1 member above MC 8
Chapter Meeting: 1/26/03
Minutes: IC auction - having never done this before (anyone but todd, who’s gone at the moment) we wouldn’t mind some guidance as to how it’s normally done. ACC Doucet is heading this up, and we’re working out kinks. I’d like to thank all the people from the states that hardly know me but still donated a thing or two. Made it much more interesting.
Problems: "as always, lack of players in Japan."
-----------------
Nevada
NV-004 The Grand Illusion (Reported 1/31/03) Rating: Early, Great
Members: 12, no members above MC 8
Chapter Meeting: 1/25/03
Minutes: There were two Chapter Meetings this month, due to some poor planning
on my part, so for that I apologize. I was stuck out of town, so I was unable
to attend the first Chapter Meeting which was held at our former CC's house.
Alexandrea Griswold and Steve Stutton ran the meeting, fielding issues and questions
like pros from what I heard. For that, I'm very thankful and appreciative. Apparently,
there were a lot of character questions for Steve, so he and the ACST's were
able to handle those questions without a problem. The subject of Prestige Log
Audits came up, and Alexandrea was able to handle the questions exceptionally
well. I've been meaning to get the Logs back to the membership, however, things
have just been entirely too hectic these past few months. I will however, make
sure that I'm not too busy to help out members.
The second Chapter Meeting talked about a few issues that needed to be aired
out, mainly the feeling I've heard from a few members that our CST is unapproachable.
We talked about how he can take this misperception and change it, because those
who know him well, know how to talk to Steve. Others, and those who don't handle
conflict very well, feel off-put and almost afraid to talk to him. It finally
came to a head after Phil left, because this was the second person who had left,
citing problems with Steve as a cause. In both cases, it was a matter of Steve
upholding the laws governing characters that was the main point of contention.
So, we were able to talk about that, and hopefully now, members are a little
more comfortable when talking to Steve.
The second issue was a point of frustration from Jeff Wilson, mainly the fact
that we start our games at 12 PM, when people don't usually get there until
after 2 PM, leaving about three hours of Garou time before we set up for Cam/Anarch.
We took it to a vote, and will be hosting two Garou games a month, the first
game being held in conjunction with the Social. This will allow more time for
Jeff to run the game, and to do things with the game that he otherwise wouldn't
have the time for. The vote was nearly unanimous, a couple members abstaining
from voting.
The issue of Prestige Audits came up once again, and I have assured the membership
that I am working on getting those back, which I am. Hopefully, I'll be able
to get some work done on those in the next few weeks. Right now, school is difficult,
so I need to concentrate on that, but I will get those done. I will be sending
up my own Prestige Log for an Audit as soon as I get it constructed, which should
be this weekend.
George Kepner has been made another ACST to help Steve with rules clarifications
during the game, to alleviate some of the stress on Steve during the game.
Minor issues were brought up and dealt with. After which, the ST's called Game
on!
Current Projects:
-We are planning for members of other RP groups to come and observe our next
Game. Due to the poor experiences of such RP groups with Faerae Noctis, we are
extending our hand of friendship for them to come and witness the reform that
has taken place in the
months since the group was reformed as The Grand Illusion.
-Trying to get the Camarilla as an official club at UNR and at TMCC so that
we can post flyers and have active recruiting going on.
-A lot of members wanting to take a trip to another game in the near future,
probably some time in February, preferably on a clear day. There is a lot of
interest in the Myst Domain's Garou game, and we're working on attending that.
---------------------
NV-005 Vegas Stakes (Reported 2/1/03) Rating: On Time, Great : 7 members with NPO numbers
Members: 28, no members above MC 8
No chapter minutes.
Current Projects:Working with a non profit organization safe nest to get a bi-monthly pick up of donated canned goods and cloths and I am also working with Red Cross to be able to have them come out to donate blood and what they want for it. In addition to that I am also looking to get more chapter socials to get more chapter involvement.
Problems:We had a couple conflicts with one member of this chapter(Jamie Homampour) and a few members of the other chapters.There was an issue where the story teller of DGK(another Chapter in this domain)Rose Sylvia had an issue with one of the members of this chapter Jamie Homampour's attitude at her game. They did go through conflict resolution and it did not go past the first step issue solved. One member of this chapter Dustin Gwinn had an issue with another member of this chapter Jamie Homompour which Dusty decided to call a 24 hour time out, after that was called and the allowed time was over with the two got together and solved there diffreances. One member of another chapter Guy Seggav decided to skip the conflict resolution steps because he mentioned that he was complaining gainst that person he felt that since he was complaining he could skip the conflict resolution steps and talk with Jamie's primary officers since he held both a agsa position and an assistant position locally. The member of the other chapter did not take the time to speak with him just sent the mesage off and did not try to solve the issue. The other member did send it to multiple people Jamie was working for.
Questions: Can you send off a letter and skip the conflict resolutions steps by just saying you are complaining?
~~~~~RC Note: The only time such can happen if it is an official complaint against an officer for actions taken as an officer. (i.e. I come out with a new policy for the SW, you don’t like this policy so you send an email to me and my superior (the NC), filing a formal complaint.) If it doesn’t deal with an official action taken as an officer in the Camarilla, then the dispute resolution must be utilized.~~~~~
Comments: I am having issues getting on all of the CC lists to send out the reports so The DC Matt will send this out for me (Thanks Matt) Vegas Stakes just decided to move our weekly Wendsday games from Wendsday nights to Thurdsday nights.
upon other events and other factors.
Current Projects: 1. We are continuing to collect pull-tabs to be donated to Ronald McDonald House. 2. Continuing to recruit new members. Looking into hosting an event for DGK.
Problems: 1. Due to events transpiring at the DGK Cam/Anarch game on 1/4/03, people were upset. It appears to have calmed down since. 2. Due to the events on 1/4/03, Guy Seggev sent up a letter of complaint on Jaime Hommapour of Vegas Stakes. I have not heard or seen anything concerning this at this time.
~~~~~RC Note: No response or action need be taken on a complaint.~~~~~
Comments: (1) I received the questions concerning Guy Seggev's prestige log.
I will answer the questions raised and re-submit it. (2) I registered Curtis
Reynolds for his WW#. Was sent a message from Member Services about this and
replied with order number and all information. Have not heard back about this
yet. Any assistance on getting his number would be greatly appreciated. (3)
Per Gary Corkins request, I am re-entering Karl and Carolyn Kettlehuts' information
in my report. I do not have any prestige information for either of them at this
time. If someone could get me their information I
will keep them on my list.

Comments: We held no games this month. Currently had only non-Cam related social

UT-008 Velvet Glove (Reported 2/1/03) Rating: On Time, Good
Members: 16, 2 members over MC 8
Chapter Meeting: 1/28/03
Minutes: We have decided to concentrate out charity efforts toward a single
group for the year in order to make a greater impact on the community. I will
be getting a list together of possible charities and we will vote on one at
the next meeting. Discipline Game moved to February 8th at 7 pm at the University
of Utah, to help players understand disciplines their characters do not use.
Tim will be generating Caitiff characters with random sets of disciplines. The
suggested games are Red Rover and Hide and Seek. Masquerade Ball in February.
Westminster College fell through as we would not be getting use of the building
and the rental fee was prohibitive.
Erin Ruston is looking into getting a local club for the purpose. Laserquest
in March. I will look into prices for parties and days times it would be available.
More to come. In the past the chapter has done easter baskets for children in
intensive care at Primary Children's Medical Center. We are planning to do it
again this year, Easter is the 20th of April. We discussed the decision on the
part of Sarah Despars to dissolve the domain and unanimously agreed to appeal.
Dineh and I will be writing the appeal for all the members of the former domain
so that one well done appeal is sent rather many less complete appeals.
Current Projects: Working on compiling Prestige information to complete reviews
for those
needing them. Archiving chapter information to make any future transitions easier,
whether
it be a new CC or the adoption of the new constitution and Tome.
Comments: Corrected issue with Lesley Packel's membership number. It has been
incorrectly reported in all the Velvet Glove Chapter Reports as US2002021847.
The correct number is US2002034741.

Chapter Meeting: 1/12/03
Minutes: 1) Voted to changed our local games to the first and third weekend.
No objections.
2) Due to the bar that is near by the game site, members in interest for their
safety, are requesting an indoor site. A couple of suggestions were given, but
the issues of funding needed to be discussed first and foremost. 3) Every year
our chapter has held a car wash for the chapter and the members would like to
hold them again for the interest of having an indoor site and other side acitivities.
4) The annual charity events were discussed, such as the MS Walk,
Bike around the Buttes and the Western States 100. Any futher information would
be posted on the local list. 5) The local mailing list for the chapter list
has been acting up and members are looking into possible new mailing lists.
6) Members requested cam information card to be made up for the chapter members
since their Cam membership cards haven't arrived yet. 7) There were some questions
raised about the new transfering members and the policies surrounding transfers.
Current Projects: Chapter¹s Canned Food collection - As always, since
this effort is a year
round project, the chapter is accepting canned food for our storage banks, currently
up to 1000 lbs are stored in total of both storage locations. Constant drops
of food (monthly) are delivered to local distribution centers each month. The
Gleaners, and C.A.N. Background: This collection began 5 years ago with an organization
known as ³Feed the Children² who at the
time sponsored a ³1000 lb food drive / pick up². They cancelled the
availability of accepting actual food donations allowing only monetary donations
before our 1000 lbs were met. >From that point on, we have maintained the
collection as a Chapter, and donated the food as needed to various local distribution
centeres or to Red Cross etc. in event of catastrophic events.
Chapter Bylaws - The topic of interest. Input has been an ongoing request when
it comes to the policies that the chapter holds to, with little avail. This
is a project that I anticipate will continue to be a working document as it
will be constantly updated as new issues arrise and are adopted.
One news policies that is being voted in is the annual postion votes. At the
begining of the year the position of CC will be voted on and six months later
the postion of CST will be voted on.
Phone Tree - Its been about two years since we had an accurate phone tree for
our membership. I already have most of the members info for this project execpt
for a few.
Indoor Game Site - Since there is a bar less than a block from everybody meets
for games there is a general concern for safety. This chapter has weathered
a few eggings and a verbal harassment from the locals, but when bar patrons
start weilding tasers and tonfas time to find a safer place. Members and inculding
myself are looking into suitable sites. After a few fund raisers we still might
need to charge a site fee for our games. This is depending on the cost of the
site.
Fund Raisers - I am currently scueduling dates for our car washes, but more
funds might be needed for an indoor game site. I am going to donate food and
drinks for our games for the chapter to sell. Plus any other fund raisers suggested
by members will be gladly considered.

No chapter meeting.
Current Projects: Canned Food Drive, Clothing Drive, Blood Drive. After last
month's massive charity effort, we are considering future projects. As the semester
has just started, and most of our chapter members have nothing to procrastinate
for yet, nothing much has come up.
A Domain is being discussed amongst the members of the four local chapters,
with some heated discussion being seen over the lists. For once, it seems to
be a genuine effort, however, we are taking more of a 'wait and see' position,
as several attempts have been made in the last few years, with nothing viable
coming of it.
Problems: I am still trying to contact some chapter members as to their White
Wolf numbers, and have not heard back from Member Services. We are fairly certain
they did register, but said members are of a fairly nomadic lifestyle, and have
not been to a game in a few months. They shall be whipped with a wet noodle
for not updating me upon their return.
Questions: What is your definition of collective madness, and how would you
apply it to the Cam? Compare and contrast to other political movements of the
past century such as the National Rifle Association and the American Civil Liberties
Union. Please reference Robert Lifton and Dipak
~~~~~RC Note: Collective: Of, relating to, characteristic of, or made by a number of people acting as a group. Madness: The quality or condition of being insane. So the cam has a characteristic of being insane? Hrm….as to applying it to the Cam, I won’t comment on that :-} ~~~~~
CA-021 Moustique Noir (Reported 1/31/03) Rating: Early, Great
Members: 37, no members over MC 8.
Chapter Meeting: 1/28/03
Minutes from last meeting: Meeting Called: Roo gave an anecdote regarding fist
fighting at work, and why this is bad, re-iterated the weapons policy, rambled
on through a brief intro to the Cam and prestige for the benefit of the newbies
in the audience, discussed MC
Cards. She also reiterated that email is the way to go if you want to contact
anyone for any reason. Also, the Winter Ball in San Francisco is coming up,
and Roo took the names of people who were interested in car pooling. Announcement
was made for the blood drive, and sign up was passed around for it. Floor was
turned over to Aaron who discussed rules clarifications.
Current Projects: We held four Cam/Anarch venue games this month; We had an average of 46 players per game; on 1/11 we had 51 layers, and one 1/25 we had a substantial 69... not bad for a game that coincided with the same weekend as a prince's symposium. Each game this month had an average of 29 Members (Moustique Noir and False Reflections), 11 non-members, and 7 out-of-towners, however the 22 out-of-towners on our game of 1/25 brought these numbers up by a good margin.
Roo has received word on Perdition/Acheron's Tribute's new pending status.
Congratulations to the new CC and CST. Roo has sent all prestige info of those
members who have transferred to Brandon Lake.
Roo is training Nick Toka in the ways of the Coordinator.
We are now running an ongoing clothing drive. Proceeds go to the Rose Women's
Shelter in Sebastopol, which is our pet charity.
Minutes: III. Recruitment
a. Web page is the biggest source of recruitment.
b. Discussed my efforts on the lists and other gaming circles
c. Talked about posting fliers. I wanted to Wallpaper the town so to say, kind
of a group thing go to the campuses may be even Visalia and some of their colleges.
V. Cam/Anarch
a. It was decided that the best way to play the type of game we have in Fresno
is in a Tabletop environment.
b. We will be converting our characters to Table top using the MET Laws of the
Night and working backwards from their conversion.
c. Experience will be granted as a LARP and expenditures will be made as a LARP.
This will allow out of towners to play with us and for us to visit their games.
d. Ron will be STing the Tabletop game
e. Ask Ron!
VII. New Schedule
a. Since the Cam game is on the outs, everyone at the meeting felt like changeling
was in, so the schedule was modified a bit to fit all of these changes.
b. Friday before the Second Saturday will be Table top, Second Saturday afternoon
will be Changeling, and that night will be Sabbat. The Friday before the 4th
Saturday will be Sabbat, the 4th Saturday night will be Changeling. The afternoon
will be open for socials,
special events, and charitable work.
IX. Big Sabbat game
a. Crash Space has been volunteered by, Ron, Adam & Alex, and myself.
b. Location is in the works. Ashley had a huge list of places that she was working
on. Other wise, we are going to use Fresno State at least for Friday. I am going
to call a few places to see if they would be willing to have a last minute book
at a discounted rate. Who
knows?
c. Oh yeah, in case you didn't know this month we are going to have 2 Sabbat
games on our 4th weekend, kind of a special deal for a few reasons. Adam wants
it and whole bunches of out of towners are coming. So there!!!
CA-023 Sepulchre (Reported 2/1/03) Rating: On Time, Good
Members: 15, 1 member over MC 8
Problems: Members of the Chapter who participated in the 9/11/01 Blood Drive
did not recieve prestige. This was forwarded up the chain of command in August.
The members would like to recieve this prestige. No information has been issued
regarding this. Over four months have passed since this information was first
sent up to Regional. Can the problem get fixed sometime soon???
As an update to the 9/11/01 prestige request, can the prestige be awarded on
a case by case basis? A list of chapter members can be sent up that participated
and they can stop waiting.
~~~~~RC Note: I will speak with my Prestige team about restarting this as the member of the staff who holds the information is currently on hiatus and not responding to Cam related emails at this time. We are trying desperately to get this information from her. If we cannot receive it, an announcement should be going out within 2 weeks asking for everyone to resubmit things.~~~~~
Questions: Dan Stone (WW#US2002045188) has no prestige records if anyone has a prestige log for him from an approval (He is MC 6 currently) I would appreciate it greatly. I have heard a rumor that the individuals who transferred their membership last year would get the renewal bonus this year as well as last year. Is this true? Can I award the prestige to the members who transferred?
~~~~~RC note: yes, an announcement was just posted on Cam-Announce to this effect.~~~~~
Comments: The holy quest for a Cam/Anarch location is still ongoing. The members of Sepulchre has unanimously decided that they really don't care about an indoor site anymore. The incredible tendency of certain members to wander about naked when they are warm argues for an outdoor site. When asked about the time when summer makes even an outdoor site balmy the ideas were overwhelming. It has been agreed that the members of Sepulchre (the clothed ones) will simply not look.
CA-027 Nickels and Dimes (Reported 2/1/03) Rating: Early, Great
Chapter Meeting: 1/31/03
Minutes:
The request had been made to use the chapter funds to purchase a first aid
kit. The members decided against it. We will continue to hold the chapter funds
to be used as a down payment on a pay site. The members were reminded to bring
sodas to the game to aid our fund-raising efforts.
We are looking for suggestions for a charity drive. The March & April game
announcements will include the request for non-parishible foods for an Easter
food drive. We will probably only do 2-3 charity events per year.
The reminder was put out that we are still looking for good pay locations for
future game sites. Prestige will be awarded for members securing a site that
we use.
Chapter reports are due on Feb 1, so all prestige must be reported by Jan 31
if it is to be on the chapter report.
The chapter would like to start having more socials again. We will discuss ideas
over the chapter list. It was suggested that we also come up with ideas for
chapter socials that we can use as fund-raisers. This will also be discussed
over the chapter list.
Erick will be doing character sketches for those interested. He will do pencil,
ink or color. Discuss details with him.
We will be adding a member gallery onto the website. Matt will begin taking
pictures of the members and adding them to the site.
Issues with storylines between Black Magic Kingdom and Nickels & Dimes were
brought forward. Erick will take these issues to Joe Moon (BMK's DST). Erick
will let us know the outcome.
Current Projects:
We are still trying to find good indoor locations for games.
Getting the chapter to start socializing again is in the works. We want to restablish
the practice of spending time together outside of game. We will discuss possible
ideas over the chapter list.
Matt wants to start having socials again when the weather gets better. In the
meantime, he is planning a few CCG/boardgame socials.
Questions:
The main questions we currently have regard the proposed Constitution and it's
implications on our chapter. Being an independent chapter within thesurrounds
of a domain that we chose to leave, we are a bit nervous about how the district/chapter
thing will work. We are looking forward to a little more information coming
out on the matter and the rest of the Constitution.
Suggestions:
I would like to suggest that Peter Savas receive 20 Open prestige for the development
of a wonderful program that saves my sanity every month. His Coordinator's Tracking
System makes my life easier and my reports much easier to complete. Thank you
Peter!
Chapter Meeting: 1/11/03
Minutes: Meeting was welcoming two new member, and explaining the Cam to them.
Aside from that, there was no information that needed discussing. Also of note:
It has been recommended that CC's start including what sort of social interaction
their chapter has outside of game. Aside from Derrick, Eben, and myself, all
of my chapter members live with another chapter member. Also, they all live
within one square mile of each other. This leads to a whole lot of non-game
related interaction. It's a strange time where I or any of my members goes more
than a week without seeing each other. On average, various groups will have
dinner with each other I'd guess at least twice a week. We play games, see movies,
and hang out. This is unlikely to change. I really can't claim any sort of credit
for this, but you did say you wanted to know what we did as a chapter. In addition
to that, we regularly attend Anathema's monthly Sabbat game, Lompoc's Sabbat
game, and now Bakersfield's Sabbat game. We likes us some
Sabbat.
Current Projects: Later this month, I believe the 7th, I'm going to be filing
a pre-domain Domain report. I will continue to act as CC until such a time as
the Domain is formed, and things can happen in an official manner. I would like
to thank Ms. Despars, Mr. Childers, and Mr. Corkins on helping me get this sorted
out as quickly as possible.
The Changeling Venue has died, as Mr. Carpenter lost a great deal of his motivation
for running the venue when the Los Angeles game died. Mr. Carpenter will continue
to assist Mr. Heitner in running the Sabbat venue.
We are considering running only one Sabbat game a month, as this would allow
members of our chapter who so desire to attend the Bakersfield game.
I have been contacted by a Mr. Shane Graves, who has asked whether my chapter
would be willing to submit to interviews and filming. This would be in the interest
of a documentary. This
will be discussed with the chapter in our next meeting.
As mentioned several months ago, I felt that Mr. Scraggs had a bad experience,
but as he never contacted me to discuss it, and it has been six months with
no communication, I am dropping him from the chapter roster. As I haven't heard
from Ms. Russell in the same amount of time, I am dropping her.
Problems: I was told again to remove Mr. Bill Russell from my chapter list,
as he still hadn't purchased a membership. This should be rectified by next
month's report.
CA-030 Luna's Reprisal (Reported 1/31/03) Rating: Early, Great
Members: 30, 3 members over MC 8
Chapter Meeting: None
Current Projects: Domain is coming along nicely. We're still waiting on one of the chapters to decide if they're in or not. Otherwise, we should have our Domain starting within the next couple of months. This is also a victory for those of us who have been working to get this going. The Newsletter has also been revived, and we're encourraging members from all the chapters to get involved and help out.
Questions: I have at least three or four members who qualify for MC advancement (MC approvals beyond my control, that is :)) How soon will y'all be accepting new audits for prestige? (Are you backed up like Port-A-Potties at Woodstock?) Also, is there a website set up for SWRE info yet?
~~~~~RC Note: I will be checking the status of the queue shortly after I send this report. If the level of audits to do is down a reasonable level I will be sending an email out to the Coordinators informing them that audits can be sent up and what we expect to see in audits (to increase turn-around time, and such). As for SWRE, I do not currently have the website address available, but as soon as I get information, I’ll pass it along. Perhaps ask on the us-sw-coord list about it~~~~~
Comments: Meega Nala Christa!! (Insert Maniacal Laughter here as I skitter off along the ceiling. I now have blue fur, six legs, antennae and I look like a demonic koala bear!!)

CA-031 Legends and Dreams (Reported 1/31/03) Rating: Early, Great
Members: 9, 1 member over MC 8
Chapter Meeting: 1/17/03
Minutes: 1. Prestige. My chapter members are having difficulty in getting me
their prestige- many have not had email for several months. We have worked out
a way to deal with this problem (I will supply worksheets for them to write
down what they have been doing and supply them before and after chapter games)
and by the end of February this problem should be no more.
2. Socials. We will be meeting our goal of two a month starting in February.
We had planned on two in January but both were cancelled due to extreme ill
health on the part of a majority of the chapter.
3. ACSTs. To be an ACST in our chapter, one must now sign a contract detailing
your duties. The contracts were read aloud to the chapter and one copy was passed
around so that each member now knows exactly what is expected of an ACST. Derrick
Choi signed his contract and Adam and Kelly expressed interest in dividing up
the duties for the ACST changeling. As soon as Adam has confirmed his purchase
of a membership with me and the contracts are signed by them, they can schedule
a Changeling game. The contracts turned out to be a good idea- we have other
members interested in picking up a venue as an ACST now that they know exactly
what is expected of them. We are currently polling our membership to see if
we can support any other venues.
4. Charity- We are supporting the national food drive. We discussed how one
started a charity drive and where our current donations are going. We might
start a clothing drive in February.
Current Projects:
Elisa is still coordinating our food drive, we are setting up both another blood
drive and a clothing drive. We are scheduling two socials for Feb.- an outing
to miniature golf and an outing to a local restaurant.
I am currently trying to get all prestige up to date- lack of email has made
this difficult. I am reporting only the prestige that I have been there for,
but our members do journey to other chapter games and often NPC or do other
things worthy of prestige.
Problems:
I need to get Membership numbers for several of members that are verified as
members. It seems that they did not keep good records and the CC of the time
period where they joined the White Wolf Camarilla is out of contact. They all
believe that he has the records, but I cannot contact him. Ryan Stucker believe
he might, he is taking that angle, but I need to find out how I can get those
records from White Wolf.
~~~~~RC Note: send me an email with their Names and NPO numbers and I’ll look them up in the database I have~~~~~
Questions:
How do I get membership numbers from National?
Am I allowed to send out the draft of the new constitution to my chapter list?
When I backdate prestige, what is the correct way to do so? I already have members
that did not prestige they should have gotten from November and December (due
to lack of email), and I do not wish to record it wrong.
~~~~~RC Note: prestige can be backdated for up to 3 months. All backdated prestige should be listed in your chapter report with the appropriate month it should have been awarded in.~~~~~
To Chris: I am sending you my vote for DC. I have one member that needs DC approval
for MC 6. Send to you or wait for new DC?
I am seeing on the list that those that signed up for the Camarilla when it
was a 2 year membership get the early renewal prestige this year. Is that correct?
~~~~~RC Note: that is correct~~~~
Minutes: The $31 so far collected for Winter Ball has been handed over to Choli
and Saundra (sp?) so they can buy the things they need to in advance of the
event.
Brief outline of Winter Ball info, including: be sure to check domain e-mail,
pre-reg costs less, strict dress/behavior guidelines so we don't stress out
the hotel staff and other guests.
CST elections: apps due by Jan 31st, elections Feb 8th, objections if any due
by Feb 10th. Acting CST is John Oliver. Charles Smith is responsible for Jan
CST report, Chris Fletcher is acting ACST cam/anarch. Charlie, John, and Chris
F have gotten together unofficially to get all the plot info etc sorted out.
The next CST/CC elections will still be at the normal time. Apps due March 31,
elections close at April 2nd Sat, objections due by 2 days later, whoever gets
elected steps officially into office May 1. Robin will not be running for CC
since that is a really stupid thing to do when she is expecting her second kid
in the start of May. Chis F said he is interested in learning more of the job
so he might do it.
Emergency Contact info: John has made a list that people can add their contact
info to on our yahoo groups site, each of us can input our own data and are
encouraged to. We realized a bit later that Chiss Cornish had meant a list of
people that we could contact for each other in event of an emergency (ie Chriss'
house is swept out to sea by a hurricane, what is her parent's phone number?)
- we didn't feel good about putting that info on the web, but are going to circulate
a more private list.
Continuing Fund Raisers: we are going to keep selling soda and snacks at our
chapter games, but for our own chapter treasury. People can donate items for
minimal prestige (I'm thinking 36 cans of soda for 5, or $15 worth of snacks
for 5), or they can just get their money back (but not get prestige) and we'll
donate the profits to the chapter. Must provide a receipt. If you want your
money back then don't buy anything at more than 50 cents a unit since that is
what we're selling it at. Check before you buy stuff since we don't need too
many perishable items.
Feb 4th Sat game will be at Pine Lake instead of Stern Grove proper in an attempt
to avoid mosquitoes.
July camping, preferably at Samuel P. Taylor Park, 4th weekend in July. If that
doesn't work out then someplace else on the coast.
By-laws: we still need to do those.
Current Projects:
Supporting Winter Ball for the Domain, including a fund raiser which has earned
$31.00 so far.
Chapter Camp-out in July 2003 including a Garou game
CST elections
Problems:
Our chapter (along with Pharo's Myst) had been planning to run a Garou troup
LARP at DunDraCon; however, due to scheduling complications with the convention
people, we were not able to secure a spot. We will put the efforts we spent
so far into next years DunDraCon.
Due to a large rl work load, our CST, Charles Smith, has stepped down as CST. John Oliver, his ACST, is now acting CST until elections are complete on Feb 10th, 2003 (barring complications).
Questions:
The South West Regional Web Page has an out of date chapter report format listed
on it from Feb 2002. I would greatly appreciate it if someone could update this
since I know my report isn't up to the most recent report format guidelines
for the region, which I only saw in an e-mail as a tentative outline, never
got a final copy of, and can't find anymore anyway. At the very least, I know
that the people at the National level want something other than "Subject:
Chapter Report for <Chapter Name, City, State -- Month, Year>" in
the header, and that it is not supposed to be sent to "sw-reports@camarilla.superb.net".
If for any reason the web page can't be updated, can someone PLEASE direct me to a web page with a better format?
~~~~~RC Note: I’ll get my ARC web to update that immediately~~~~~

November, and January). Each event would feature a different venue and or theme.
Philanthropic endeavors will also be "showcased."
2. We addressed the issue of Website updates. A focus on "Directions"
(Including Maps) and Updated Calendars of events. Also, definite separation
from IC to OOC information. James Gaines provided additional updates, regarding
content and requests for additional IC and OOC information. 3. The topic of
"Dark Nation" a new chapter, with Dusty Baker as CC and Curtis Wilkins
as CST was discussed. Once current TWC Members have provided a letter and paid
up the appropriate dues, release to form this new chapter will be granted. Dark
Nation will currently offer Mage, as it's primaryvenue, with the possibility
of a Garou venue in the future.
4. It was decided that there will be scheduled "standing" meetings.
(The First Monday of every Month - Officer's meeting 7:30 PM - 9:30 PM. The
last Saturday of every Month - Chapter meeting. - 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM).
5. Our CST, Eric Silveira and VST, Tony Grant provided an update regarding our
Sabbat VSS. It was noted that the VSS was not approved, as additional information
was required and a number of resolutions regarding NPC, Proxies and other visiting
Camarilla members.
6. Eric Silveira has been utilizing our Chapter Message List as an ongoing,
electronic Chapter Meeting. Issues continue to be discussed and we have been
able to garner input and ideas from folks who have seldom attended our standard
Chapter Meetings. We will continue to utilize this method until further notice.
7. The topic of changing our Chapter Games schedule was offered. Specifically,
the suggestion to move to all Sunday or Friday games. As changing our games
to either all Sunday or Friday, would cause problems for a number of our members,
regardless of the day, it was decided that this discussion be tabled and that
our current game schedule should remain.
8. We have reiterated the goals and procedures for the National Food Drive.
Donations have been light, in terms of that drive.
( I invite the list to read the rest of the report for oneselves, for better information and knowledge.)

Chapter Meeting: 1/29/03
Minutes: *As meeting begins, players get comforatable with Jess as CST: Questions
asked about style and substance of game play.
**Communication issues brought up and expounded upon attitudes of members on
list addressed as key focus and steps to resolve.
***Chapter By-laws discussed and it was decided that we needed to expound upon
current chapter by-laws to bring about a more coordinated view of our direction
as a chapter.
Current Projects:
*Switching chapter out of character list from un moderated to lightly
moderated to address issues of misunderstood and slightly inflammatory
posts.
*Formation of a more complete set of bylaws, will send first rough
draft with February report
*Coordinating monthly Brunch Social with monthly chapter meeting and
working with CST to provide a second Social per month as a CST Meet and
Greet/Downtime Scene and Q/A session.
*Generally getting members to speak more openly with one another to
address minor miscommunication issues brought up at meeting.
Problems:
*Currently because of those miscommunication issues several members
were thinking about leaving the chapter, this has been addressed and
steps were agreed upon that needed to be taken.
*One chapter member specifically has been caustic/rude/derogatory
enough on the list to, while not going so far as to breach the code of
conduct, make the chapter uncomfortable with his presence and cause the
potential loss of three outstanding members of the chapter.
*We have taken steps to remedy the problems that have been identified
regarding miscommunications in the chapter and are taking all necessary
steps to do so, in order to officially put to rest any question about
the longevity of The Sunset Strip.

Chapter Meeting: 1/10/03
Minutes: 1. I announced earlier in the month that I was
stepping down as CC. Tonight there was a vote on the
two candidates for the position. Mike Crawford won,
and will be assuming the position 02/01/03.
2. The ACC of Charities and Fundraising reminded the
members of the pull tabs, box tops, and soup labels.
The beaded clan pins are also for sale still.
Current Projects:As usual we have two games each
month, every first and third Friday. Chapter meetings
are every second Friday. We are also trying to support
the other chapter in our domain by attending as many
of their games as possible. ACC- Lindsey is creating
beaded clan pins at 4$ each to support a local
charity, the chapter, as well as SWRE 2003. If there
is any interest contact
toreador_samantha_spade@yahoo.com. We are also
looking into more charities in our community to
support.
We are also considering moving our second game to to
the third Sat. of the month so we can attend some San
Diego games.
Problems: Scott Fanelli's Computer died and his Cam
number went down in a blaze of glory with it. Can
someone find it again for us?
~~~~~RC Note: email me directly with his full name and I’ll look it up in the database~~~~~
Questions: I tried to add the new CC-to-be to the CC,
SW CC, and SW Reports lists. He still has recieved
nothing from them. How do I get him signed up?
Chapter Meeting: 1/25/03
Minutes: Discussion was on weak turnout for food drive. Though we did make the goal barely, is was only by the donations of 5 members that we got there.
We have worked out with Moonlight Masquerade CA012 to run games on the 2nd Saturdays. This will give the ST staff of CA012 more time to prep games and let their staff play as well as have fun. This is the first step in maybe forming a domain is to get the people and staff’s working together.
New ST Louis Somers in the middle of conducting a character audit hopefully to be finished by Mar 1st. Louis emphasizes that this is to make sure that when we go to other chapters games that the info is up to date and that there will be no problems in playing our characters.
We discussed that this character audit should happen only once a year and not every 6 months in that we could have a new ST every six months.
Brian Perryman of Morbid Curiosities CA046 was invited to give us the status of the Mage venue that they are running. Unfortunately the Mage venue seems to be faltering, whereas ours, which is being a troop game as recruitment to get others, interested in the Camarilla.
Current Projects:
Current Food Drive for Camarilla National Food Drive has raised 151 meals for families of 4. 5 members donated food themselves for an additional 150 meals. The target was 300 and we squeaked by just exceeding our target goal for the Salvation Army Family Crisis center known as the Depot. I will as we have finished the food drive be submitting to the food drive website.
Game held for Mage Venue on 1-4, 1-11, 1-18 and 1-25.
Game held for Cam/Anarch on 1-25.
We will now be holding games on the 2nd and 4th Saturday’s beginning in February as CA012 has graciously given us the second Saturday.
Problems:
Soren Thompson US2002023176. I have suspended him for actions unbecoming a member of the Camarilla, for numerous acts against the Code of conduct unbecoming of a member beginning Jan 12th 2003 for one month to begin and waiting for longer determination with the RC.
Questions:
(I refuse to post the questions section of this report, as the constant asking seems like unnecessary badgering on the chapter's part, and it is to be treated as such, and ignored till the problem can be finalized and solved. If you wish to read the section and see why I think so, feel free to do so.)
Chapter Meeting: 1/26/03
Old News: Harold suggested holding a chapter social and going to Dunger Con. Few people interested. Will discuss more next month—didn’t get discussed as we had other news to go over.
New News: We have decided as a chapter to Contact the CC and CST of Twilight Cathedral to have a meeting between our head officials and theirs. The members of our chapter and theirs have not gotten along since the day we split from their chapter. Janice will contact them around the first or second week of Feburary.
We have had a motion to change the chapter by laws. "Section 4 – Legacy
If a founding Chapter member leaves the chapter in good standing and later wishes to return, he/she may do so waving the requirements in Section 1 of this Article." Jeremy King wishes to have this section omitted from the by laws. We had a round robin discussion about this and will have a vote in a couple of weeks as we give the members who could not attend the chance to voice their opinion over our email list.
Harold reminded us of the National Blood drive going on and we are currently trying to set up a date in which we can all get together and go down to the blood bank.
We are all very thrilled that we are now approved for our sabbat venue. Patrick is going to be the VST. The first game we would like to see if it is possible that it be a "members only" game so that we can get the pack established and ready to go. Harold is going to talk to some people he knows over at the CSUS campus about using a place on campus for the games as well as utilizing the CSUS radio station to deliver "hints" in code for the game to add spice to trying to figure stuff out!
Influences: We haven’t heard from Jay Jackson in a long while as he has an extremely busy schedule. Harold has expressed that if Jay doesn’t want to handle the influences any longer he will be willing to take them over. We will attempt to contact Jay this month.
Congratulations to Harold Hulbert for being accepted into MC9
Note from the CC: Janice is going to be needing more help with things as she will be starting school in January. Elected Harold Hulbert ACC of Reports to begin in January. Didn’t happen. Harold will take on the role at the beginning of Feburary.
Roo gave an anecdote regarding fist fighting at work, and why this is bad, re-iterated the weapons policy, rambled on through a brief intro to the Cam and prestige for the benefit of the newbies in the audience, discussed MC Cards. She also reiterated that email is the way to go if you want to contact anyone for any reason. Also, the Winter Ball in San Francisco is coming up, and Roo took the names of people who were interested in car-pooling. Announcement was made for the blood drive, and sign up was passed around for it. Floor was turned over to Aaron who discussed rules clarifications.
Chapter Meeting: 1/26/03
Minutes: Meeting was relatively short as it was Super Bowl Sunday. The website has been updated with pictures of the Grand Island Mansion. Pete will be adding the pay-pal link soon. We will be opening a generic savings account for the funds for the event to go to. We need to have 10 tickets for the event sold by June in order to make the event happen. If we haven’t gotten that many sold. Which I don’t think will be a problem we will be nixing the event and Pete and Juliet will be possibly using the Mansion to get married in. Our survival kits are still selling. We only need to make $30 and the printing and production costs will be paid off. The chapter voted on using the soda month we have collected this month to purchase a laminator. January was an exciting month for us because we were granted approval to run a Sabbat Venue. We held our first Sabbat game on Friday January 3rd. The turn out was approximately 45 people which was great. We had originally decided that we would hold our Sabbat games on the 1st Friday of the month preceding the 1st Saturday of our Cam/Anarch game. However, due to popular demand that was changed to include the 3rd Friday of the month also. Attendance at our second Sabbat game was also very good. We now have expanded our gaming schedule to Sabbat 1st & 3rd Friday, Cam/Anarch 1st & 3rd Saturday, Changeling 3rd Saturday Afternoon, Mage 3rd Sunday Afternoon. Our Mage, and Changeling venues are still under construction as the respective VST’s try to rally support for their venues. Our Cam/Anarch games are still maintaining a good following. Because February is a short month and Valentines day falls on what would normally be our Sabbat Friday. We will be altering our schedule slightly. Also Pete and Juliet will be going out of town the 1st weekend of March so this may throw March’s schedule off slightly also. That is unless an alternated game site is found by that time. But, for February as it stands our Cam/Anarch game will be 2-1-03, and our 1st Sabbat game of the month will actually be held on 2-7-03. This is will be to facilitate some of our members who have requested time off from work to be able to attend Sabbat. I believe we will be having our 2nd Cam/Anarch game on 2-22 rather that 2-15 as most of us have plans for the Valentines weekend. With Pete & Juliet’s possibly not being available on 3-1-03, the idea of playing on the 3rd & 5th weeks of the month instead. April will hopefully put us back on our regular schedule. Shayne has decided to do Character Audits. Everyone will need to get their Characters, XP Logs, and Items to him by March 1st. Our ongoing weekly chapter social is D&D and Pete & Juliet’s. Since people are still showing up on a regular basis. Pete & Juliet will continue to facilitate this. We are all in agreement that we need to continue to develop our chapter by-laws. Meeting adjourned with no one present having anything else to bring up. Pete made Sushi (he is the master) and D&D proceeded as usual.
CURRENT SITUATION WITHIN THE DOMAIN:
Domain Newsletter
I have a rough draft finished and I plan to
distribute all the copies I made at the Winter Ball in
Feb. Contents include: contact info for all officers,
an OOC article by Pharos Myst CC John Osbourne, an IC
article written by myself, and a calender of games.
(which will probably change next month!)Its not that
snazy, but it gets the point across. I'll add some IC
pictures and art work next edition, which by my
publishing standard should be out next year.....
Domain Game (Winter Ball)
Location set.Date set. Lights,Camera, Action!
Our Winter Ball is schedualed for Feb 7th-8th at the
Travelodge hotel near the SF airport. Preregistration
already has 25+ people, so it should be a decent
turnout. We have a Sabbat game Fri night, while Garou
and Cam will be on Sat. mage was cancelled due to the
unfortunate diparture of the ACST Choli Lightfoot.
New Chapter
The San Rafael Chapter is now officially "Pending"
and has decided on their name: Perdition. I will
include their info on next months report.
Choli Lightfoot
Due to personal reasons Choli Lightfoot is moving out
of the Domain. I just wanted to take this opportunity
to thank her for all she has done for this club and
the Camarilla presence in the San Francisco Bay Area.
She has held numerous positions both IC and OOC and
exemplifies the qualities that all should aspire to in
this organization.
Thank You Choli, you will be missed.
- Currently, the Chapter Coordinators are shoring up
their respective chapters to discuss the draft of the
Constitution. Sepulchre has already met and HSC is
going to be meeting sometime soon. I am also in the
process of looking for a date and place where we as a
domain can discuss this as well.
Comments:
-The Holy Quest (TM) is still on and the DC is doing
well for going a month without smoking and doing it
"cold turkey". However the DC has had cold turkey and
finds that it disagress with his stomach. So it has
been declared that no games site should have this foul
fowl any where near his personal bubble. So it shall
be written, so it shall be done.
- From this DC's opinion, the current draft of the
Constitution had good intentions, though I do not
think it will pass. However, if they were looking for
feedback, they are certainly getting it. I hope
someone at White Wolf is taking notes, because I am
sure a lot of member would like the concerns answered
in the next attempt.
Problems, Suggestions, Questions:
- Last month, it was said in a response that the
Prestige for the 9/1101 and 9/11/02 Blood Drives are
currently in hiatus. Thank you for giving us some
update on how it is doing and that at least it is
being looked into. Currently, is there any chance of
it coming out in the next few months, or is the
Constitution taking up much of the time?
~~~~~RC Note: It depends right now on if the person holding the records sends them or not, if she does not, then we will begin compiling them anew~

1. I am sending you my vote for DC. I have one member that needs DC
approval for MC 6. Send to you or wait for new DC?
Ans: As this is my last day as DC I would suggest allowing the new DC
to do it.
2. I am seeing on the list that those that signed up for the Camarilla
when it was a 2 year membership get the early renewal prestige this
year. Is that correct?
Ans: Yes, as far as I have found we receive another year of early
renewal.
3. NOTE: As per the ANC Chapters, L&D has successfully reported for 5

they continue this behavior for one more month they shall be allowed to

Current Projects: Getting the ball rolling on all of this. Mr. Childers has
suggested that I file a report this month. Though there is little to be said
at the moment, here it is.
Sins of the Father intends on starting a Mage venue, but has delayed until
the domain is formed, as they have been somewhat underwhelmed with the
turnaround time on the Independent Chapter's DST.
Problems: I have tried to contact Mr. Waddell, Sins CC repeatedly this last
week, both through email, and through both his CST and ACST. I haven't heard
from him, so perhaps the reason he hasn't filed a report for his chapter
this month is due to computer problems. As I will see him tomorrow at the
Anathema game, I will discuss this with him.
Questions: How's this going, so far?
Suggestions: None.
Comments: Much like the time I first filed a chapter report, I have no idea
if I'm doing this correctly. If there's something that needs to be changed,
please inform me.

4. Comments
In my review of the reports this month, I found, to my disappointment, that a great deal of chapters have multiple members, some in high positions, high MC, and still gaining lots of extra prestige, who have sorely outdated WW numbers (numbers that expired in early 2002), or worse, don't even ave a WW number. This needs to be reviewed, and, in the worst case, offenders need to be warned, and if necessary, punished.
~~~~RC Note: Next month I will begin removing prestige from chapters who have invalid cam #s in their reports.~~~~~
Problems/Solutions
I thought there was going to be a problem with the sudden appearence of the Crimson Enclave domain, but I asked Sarah about it, and it got all settled out. So, yay to our newest pending domain.
6. Questions/Concerns
I'm still getting the hang of all this, especially the new format, but time and effort willing, I'm getting it all sorted out.
There are no real porblems other than tardiness. Most issues are priority
