Questions/Problems from the RC & Staff:

Questions to National from the RC:
Q: Do we have a "go live" date on the CCDB?
ARC Admin & Reports
C: The lack of reports in national format is still disturbing, although is has gotten quite a bit better. Thank you to all the coordinators whom have updated your templates. You rock.
A: Reports not submitted in the appropriate National Format are not eligible for the maximum Prestige awards for their Coordinators.

Q: I see a lot of MC reviews for 10,11,12 that have been sitting in the queue for a upwards of a year on several reports. Is National in the need of Assistance for higher MC prestige Reviews? It’s not my department, I am simply curious if anything can be done to aid.
A: Last I was told, the National Review queue was fairly empty.  Please compile a list of these members and we will send a message to the ANC Prestige about them.

C: I want to make sure that all of the Coordinator’s know that they are immediately to drop the members who did not renew in January. If it is a monetary issue, or for some reason the person cannot currently renew, I would ask that they be dropped from the report until such time as they do renew, and simply be added back in after their proof of renewal has been given to their coordinator. It is the only way to ensure accurate number counts in the region.

C: I have received several emails voicing concerns over the amount of time that it is taking the Test of Membership to be graded. I would like to offer my assistance to the National Office to cut into some of this backlog.

C: The Coordinator’s as a grouping have not responded quickly to the request for zip codes to aid in allocating or reallocating their Chapter or Domain Boundaries.
A: If the information is not forthcoming, we will do our best to determine boundaries from what they have listed in the reports; however, their actual boundaries may change as a result of that..

ARC Arbitration (Arizona)
C: Still waiting to see if any problems will hit the office, unable to work on Arbitration DB as I have had zero time so this project has moved into my "Really want to get this done as soon as I can" pile. There have been several questions raised concerning very old issues that are coming back up, and problems with MST level assistants behaving improperly. It is under investigation on the ST side at this moment, and we have a heads up that it may come to our side soon.
ARC Arbitration (So Cal)
P: Concern was brought to my attention that a CC had not been directly informed as to a disciplinary action that was taken against a member of her chapter, she was informed by her overseeing DC.   She felt that this was inappropriate and that she should be cc'd on such correspondence.
A: I spoke with the CC-in-question personally, and have resolved this issue with her directly.

S: Institute policy to make sure that all coordinator levels are informed at the same time of issues regarding members under their jurisdiction.
A: When the new CCDB goes live, this will be a more realistic policy as there are no mechanisms now for determining a Member's supervising coordinator.

S: Institute policy clarifying that a Domain or Regional Coordinator should rarely if ever award ST chain prestige based on other than the presiding ST's recommendations... ex: DST suggests VST is to be awarded 30 prestige for January,  the DC should not alter this award unless given extremely good reason.  Reason: The DST in this case knows far more about what work the VST has done over the month than the DC will most often know of.
A: In most situations, I would agree with you, Frank; however there are occasions when  such a policy could be abused.  I would rather trust the Coordinator's to make the appropriate awards and give them the leeway to adjust those recommendations when necessary.  Should a Coordinator abuse that ability, they can then be brought up on disciplinary action.

ARC Arbitration (No Cal)
P: I am moving towards hiring the new ARCA position, but the holidays have caused some problems.  I will hire this position during the month and pro-rate prestige.

C:
I have concerns relating to suggestions posed in other Arbitration reports for this month.  I would appreciate discussion prior to any implementation of those suggestions.
A: Nick, e-mail me with your concerns and let's see what we can to to address them.
ARC Arbitration (Nevada)
Q: I heard that Wes has requested that a coordinator or someone appointed is to be at all sanctioned events regardless of type. Is this true?
A: Language in the Constitution and the Handbook indicate a Coordinator (or designee) must be present at all Sanctioned Events.  There is now Regional Policy in place that speaks to this need.

C: I am going to sit down with Matt G during January to discuss holding workshops for the domain. One of those workshops will be regarding the new membership handbook and arbitration as well as “what is harassment.” If any of the ARC staff has done this before any input will be welcome. After I put this together and see how it works in Vegas I will work with the DC in Reno to hold the same workshop.

ARC Arbitration (Utah)
  None this month.
ARC Events & Charities
P: Still trying to get copies of the old reports so I can verify the prestige  awarded to members who particpated in previous Regional Charity Drives.  Jeremy White has agreed to comb his old computer and provide whatever he can find.
A: You can also try going back through the SW-Region list archives to see if any of this was in previous RC reports.

Q: Having probelms with the SWRE 2004 site.  Since they have changed ownership, communications have become more difficult. Researching available options.
A: Please keep Kelley Barnes-Herrmann involved in any business related to the hotel.

Q: When can I post the all call for bids on SWRE 2005? Can I advise the membership that I would like to offer preference to a location who has not hosted SWRE yet (or recently) without getting into too much trouble? (ie...can I tell No. Cali and Utah that I would REALLY like to see bids from them first? )
A: The sooner you put out the call for bids the better, Charmain.  You can advise that you would prefer locations which have not hosted the event previously, but all OUs should be encouraged to apply, and no preference will be given to those who have not previously hosted SWRE.  All bids will be considered evenly.
ARC Mentor & Outreach
Q: Hate to sound repetitive but, what is the current status of the Riverside/Elsinore Situation?
A: I am hoping to meet with the Coordinators when I am in Los Angeles in February to try and work this out.  I will be sending them e-mail, but if you have any contact with them and can urge them to meet me there, that would prove helpful.

Q: Will we have a database made available to us to search for updated Cam expiration dates?
A: When I asked the Club Director about this, I was told it would be when the CCDB is ready.  No date was given, but I believe it will be in the near future.

ARC Prestige (Hirsch)

C: This month has actually been pretty slow in the way of audits.  I have gotten a couple done and fewer have come in, so we are catching up on the queue.  At this point it is almost empty.
A: Matt, I have had several inquires regarding the Audit queue in the last month.  I have told all the individuals to mail the ARC address about them, but to have you say that you are catching up on the queue, and then to have members tell me their audits are taking longer than one month, leaves me concerned.  Do we need to bring on additional Auditors?

C: I am concerned about the [DOMAIN] audits. With so few members complying with this process, I can only assume that they have either chosen not to renew or have chosen to stay at MC1.
A: Send another message to the DC about this and ask him/her to remind their members how important it is.

ARC Prestige (Silveira)

  None this month.
ARC Technologies
P: Wendy Rutherford is still waiting on her update that she submitted months ago. Ronni is not responding.
A: Continue to e-mail her about this Dale.

Projects:

The following projects are ongoing:
  1. Setting up a system for accepting Prestige Logs for Audits.  The key goals of this system is to display the current queue to the membership, to be able to provide members with a way to check if their logs have been received, where the log is in the process (waiting, being reviewed, etc.), see who is handling their Audit, and see an expected completion date.
  2. Setting up a similar system for handling Arbitration issues.  This system will require security so that only those involved in the Arbitration will have access to any of the information.
  3. Setting up a system to allow Coordinators to submit their monthly reports on the Website.  The system will parse the reports to extract demographic and all other relevant data to provide overall reports for myself and the ARCs in order for us to better do our jobs.  This system will also serve to archive the Chapter and Domain reports on the Regional Website.
  4. Redesigning the Website to give it more of a "professional" look.
  5. Mapping all the Chapters and Domains on pages on the Website that will allow members to find organizational units by their geographic location.

Other non-Website-related Projects include:

  1. Running various Domain Coordinator elections.
  2. Membership recruitment drive and materials contest.
  3. Introduction of the new "SWR Champions" program.

 Events:

SWRE 2004 (Aprl 29 - May 2, 2004), Phoenix AZ
SWRE 2004 is just around the corner (end of April 2004).  The event staff is currently in place (and growing), memberships are available for purchase via the White Wolf catalog (just $15 until the end of the year -- get yours now!), and we have a Website available at www.swre.org.

There are no other Regional Events being planned for our Region through the end of the calendar year.

Regional Funds:

My thanks to the Club Director, Charles Bailey for getting me an accurate accounting of the total amount of funds currently in the SW Regional account: $6,396.03.
This amount does not include all of the funds from SWRE this year; but the PayPal account has finally been emptied out and I am expecting a check for the remaining funds shortly..

Questions/Problems/Comments from Chapters/Domains:

Problems
P: Paradise of Thorns: Major ST Problem pending National.
P: Dead Man's Hand: Ben Despain (US200103097) attempted to purchase a Renewal of membership but accidentally purchased a new membership.  His Order number is 3155747960540633.  I have updated his information on my reports as he has given proof of purchase, but it needs to be corrected in Membership service.
A: Contact Member Services about this problem.

P: DC Elections are taking too long, No voting has been called.
A: Your DC Elections have been concluded.  The announcement was made on 1/15/2004 to the Domain and Regional list.

P: We lost our main gaming site because it requires a $50 charge per use.  Searching for a new site.  Trying to find Fund Raisers to increase the Domain Funds.

P: Domain of Los Angeles: I never saw the Chapter reports for this month and when I requested them from Regional I received no answer.
A: From Anna: The ARC Administration & Reports , Anna Quinn, never received a request for copies of these reports. Did you email the request to her directly?
A: Also, previous Chapter reports should be available in the List Archives for the us-sw-reports list.  You can always search there for what you need until we are able to get the Reports Database up and running.

P: Moonlight Masquerade: I personally paid for William Gorrell’s Membership but it did not give me a membership number and would not allow me to verify anything on the site. I have been billed on my bank statement but no membership number. It has been a month and I get no response from the membership person.
A: We are compiling a list of membership-related problems to address with the NC and Club Director; keep your eyes open for a Membership Verification letter in e-mail however, for this Member.  If you get one, make sure the information is correct.

P: The House of the Silver Crescent: An issue arose when the Regional Coordinator suspended C. R. Teodoro and the CC of HSC made a protest because she felt that she was not properly notified and that the guidelines set forth in the Membership Handbook where not properly followed by the RC. This has created a major protest with many of the chapter members because the level of the suspension did not seem fair based on the offense.
A: This matter has been discussed privately with the CC of this OU; the details of the disciplinary action cannot be disclosed in an open report.

.

P: Dark Tower: Some people had trouble with the Early Renewal process.  I'll be making a list of who.
A: Noted.

P: Common Cents: Stephanie Thompson has been pending transfer into this domain for 3 months. I still have not received anything from her previous Domain Coordinator from Ohio despite her numerous attempts.
A: If you will find out from Stephanie what Region she was in formerly, who her previous DC was, and how I can contact that person, then I will send a message to them regarding this.  Until such time, you should not be tracking Ms. Thompson as a member of your Domain in your reports; though if you would like to keep track of her information on the side, it will be beneficial once the transfer is complete.

P: The issue of a coordinator's ability to set additional policies for their jurisdiction, as stated by the National Coordinator and the Regional Coordinator, has caused a rift within the domain.
A: A Coordinator may always set more restrictive policies for their OU than has been set at the level above them so long as those policies do not contradict those set at the next level up.

P: La Maison du Sanguinaire: Since I am under the impression that the new automated system will take place soon, I need to know the alternative for those chapters not able to use it.
A: Which automated system are you referring to?  The Web-based system that is in the works right now for the Regional Website?

P: We are an independent chapter.  I would like confirmation from the RC that this is acknowledged.
A: From Anna: LMDS is acknowledged as an independent Chapter.
A: If my ARC-Admin says you're acknowledged as an Independent Chapter, then you may take that as an official response from my office, bearing my confirmation.

P: There is a member who would like to transfer from the Lake Elsinore Chapter - Sangria de Lago to our chapter.  I understand that we need approval from regional?  or was that waived by the part of the domain break up that stated that members may move freely between chapters for the first few months?
A: I am not entirely sure on what the terms of your Domain break-up were; those records were not given to me.  Who is this member?  Why are they transferring?  Please e-mail me privately about this and we will handle the transfer.

P: Strange Bedfellows: Morbid Curiosity is currently in debt after the cancellation of  Wassail.  The PayPal site specified that all purchases were non-refundable.  Fundraisers are currently being brainstormed to assist with this.  The current total has not been submitted to the Domain Level.  Requests for this number have totaled around $1,000

P: Hold the Cheeze: Specific chapter boundaries need to be determined in relation to the Domain of Los Angeles, with which we are in close proximity.  This is particularly relevant on the ST side of things.  Regional assistance will be required.
A: We are currently attempting to audit the borders for all OUs in order to create a map of the Region for use on the Web site.  The best thing you can do to solve your problem is to respond to the requests made by the ARC Admin relative to this effort.

P: Evilville: We applied for Domain Status on Nov 22, and haven't heard anything back yet.
A: This application is currently being processed.
P: Apathia Nocte: Same as before: we're still pending, so I still can't award prestige. However, I'm tracking it, and once we're not pending, I'll probably have some stuff I'll ask to be validated for my chapter members.
A: From Anna: Apathia Nocte is not a pending chapter, they are simply pending transfer into the Domain of Myst.  There is no reason that I can find that Sean cannot award Prestige.
A: I was under the impression that Apathia Nocte is an approved Chapter; but that your admission into the Domain of Myst is pending (due to boundary considerations mentioned above).  Please award your members Prestige they have earned.

P: Songs of the Sand: Still tracking Mr. Kepner's prestige.
P: White Wolf registration site: 4 out of 5 new registrations this month did not go thru right.  Thanks to Stephanie Mayes, only one is currently missing their number.  Several members have had problems renewing and others can't log in.  Will address this at next game on Jan 3rd to determine if it is a user error or site error.

P: The Ancient Gamble: I've been made aware of a possible issue that transferred member Jennifer Anderson may have issues with one of her characters she is attempting to transfer over to her new Venue. I have as of yet received any details from the storytellers involved. As no details have been forthcoming in 2 weeks from them I at this time have considered the matter closed until further notice and do not expect it to interfere with her transfer.

P: CC Valorie Garrard, US2002021451 is having issues sending email to the reports list. Her email address is aylaiannad@hotmail.com.
A: From Anna: Miss Garrard has been advised to send the reports directly to the ARC Administration at either bleedingcontempt@aol.com or arcreport@camarilla-sw.org.
A: Ms. Garrard's indicated e-mail address is subscribed to the US-SW-Reports list currently.  What precise issues is she having in sending reports to the list?

P: Due to moving I believe that the Vegas Stakes CC has been out of contact to send his report to the list.

P: I've been seriously ill the past two weeks. To those who have sent me email unresponded to or bounced I applogies. Please direct all email corrispondence to LasVegasDC@hotmail.com. I am attempting to procure another POP email account to handle the work load. I expect this issue to be resolved within the next 5 business days.

P: Velvet Glove: I just noticed that Richard Johnson is still waiting for his prestige award from ICC 1999.  I know this has been forever, but what do you need from me to help remedy this situation?  - Richard was basically the direct assistant for MJ McCorristin, the Head of Security.  Richard took responsibility for the day shift, while MJ took the graveyard shift - they both assisted on the swing.  He donated over 30 hours to security work throughout the weekend.
A: This situation is currently being worked on by the National Office; they are attempting to dig up old records and/or talk with people who can substantiate this.  Unfortunately, some of those people are no longer members of the organization.  I do know a determined effort is being made to see Mr. Johnson receive the award he is entitled to.

Questions
Q: Dead Man's Hand: Members are questioning about Midsummers Prestige, asking for updates on it.
A: Midsummer's Prestige is included in this report.

Q: Members are asking if there is going to be a correction on the SWRE 2003 Prestige Report
A: The updates to the SWRE 2003 Prestige have already been posted to the Regional Website on the page where the SWRE Prestige was first posted.

Q: Anathema: Needed:  A strict definition of what defines "Professionalism" in a volunteer organization made up of gothic, LARP enthusiasts.
A: Not to be flippant, but it is the same definition of "professionalism" that is used in most business organizations, and which can be found in any dictionary.
Q: The House of the Silver Crescent: CC still has not received prestige for donation made at SWRE, even after she did as the RC suggested. This is becoming more than an irritation, question is, now that the time for backlogging prestige is expired, what does the RC suppose this disillusioned CC do now?
A: I propose the CC exercise continued patience. <G>  The Prestige updates for SWRE were posted to the Website recently.  But these things do take time, and sometimes putting out fires that are more immediate in the Region, unfortunately take priority over more routine processes.  As has been noted however, convention awards have a much longer "expiration" delay and do not fall into the normal three-month time limit for backdating.

Q: Common Cents: Members want to know where it is stated that a coordinator has to be
present for an event to be sanctioned.

A: In National and Regional Policy clarifications.

Q: Members also want to know if there are restrictions/limitations on when/why a storyteller can give experience to his/her players, including where non-sanctioned play is concerned.
A: This is a question for the Storytelling Chain and should be posed in your DST's report.

Q: Vanguard of the Four Pillars: How are our audits and domain border issues coming along? Has the Summer Blood Drive prestige been listed yet?
A: From Anna: The Domain Border issues are pending.  The full amount of data from the Chapters and Domains in the area has not been given, which makes it difficult to finish figuring out borders and the like.
A: Summer Blood Drive Prestige concerns should be addressed to the ARC-Charities and Events, Charmain Hopkins.

Q: Perdition: I am still missing expiration dates for some of our memberships and I do not know how I go about finding them without having them login into white wolf’s site. The members themselves do not remember and asking them to find out via white wolf is not working. Is there a way I can research their expiration dates.
A: At present, with all the renewals, there is no way to look them up.  However, Membership Verification letters were sent to all renewing members earlier this week.  The best way to determine expiration dates for your members now is to request a copy of their Membership Verification letter.

Q: Method and Madness: Mr. Heitner, our DST, possessed an MC of 7 before the lent two.  Should I be listing him under “Members at MC 9 or Higher?”
A: From Anna: That is not necessary.
A: No, because his MC level is still 7, even though he is using a loaned MC of 9.

Q: Strange Bedfellows: How many members does it take to remain a chapter within a domain?
A: From Anna: Five (5) members are required to keep a Chapter from being absorbed.

Q: Shayne Cooley, US2002021450, is missing prestige for SWRE 2002.  He rec’d 18  Regional Prestige for donations to the auction.  He never rec’d prestige for his 4-10 hours of security work at the event.  Is there any way to rectify this?
A: The Event Chair for SWRE 2002 was Matt Giezentanner, who is currently my ARC Mentor and Outreach.  Please contact him with this concern.  If he indicates a mistake was made and Mr. Cooley was overlooked, we will rectify the situation.

Q: Vegas Stakes: How is the prestge que going? Do you need any more help with this? I am sure that if you do there is a lot of people I know just in Vegas who would like to assist with this.
A: As far as I know the Prestige queue is proceeding well.  If you would like to help, please contact either of the ARC-Prestige's and offer your assistance; I am sure they would welcome the help if they need it.

Q: Is there a way to register for SWARE without going through the White Wolf Site?
A: You may register for SWRE by going to the SWRE Website (www.swre.org); however, the only way to pay for your SWRE membership, other than paying in person at the Event, is to go through the White Wolf Catalog.

Q: The Ancient Gamble: What is the state of the current SW Regional budget?
A: I am not sure what you are asking for with this question.  The total amount of money in the Regional Funds was included in last month's Regional Report, and again in this report.  If you are looking for something different, please be more specific.

Q: Velvet Glove: Troy Wilson aka Jamin Wilson is having a horrid time recreating his prestige records.  I have spoken with various people that know that he was involved in the Cam over 5 years (or more) ago, but they are unable to give me more than just a "I think he was at about a 3, 4 or 5 (various people).  So, what is the next step.  I heard that it should be possible for me to award him a MC level of 4 or less, with approval - how do I go about doing that?  Is it even possible?  Please let me know, Jamin has been very patiently waiting for a response.
A: MC Grants of this type can only be given by the Camarilla Council.  If you can make a strong enough case to request such an award, then please put it into writing and send it up through your Coordinator; I will be happy to pass it up the chain.  Ultimately, and unfortunately, it is the individual members' responsibility to maintain their own Prestige Logs.

Q: I have asked for Regional to award some of my members with Exceptional Prestige for their time donated to the Rocky Point Haunted House during the month of October.  I have not heard back on this. Could I get some feedback one way or the other?
A: It would not be appropriate to award Regional Exceptional Service Prestige for volunteer time at a local haunted house charity; that would be showing favoritism toward your OU.  You can, however, award General Exceptional Service Prestige if you feel your members are deserving.

Q: Domain of Salt Lake: What is the status of the former members of Crimson Sentinel  (UT-002-I) That are living within the Domain's boundaries?
A: If these members renewed their memberships in the Club, they are de facto members of the Domain until they decide to join one of the Domain's Chapters.

Q: What is the ETA for having a method to verify if a member has renewed?   I suspect that I will have several to check on during January.
A: I do not have an answer to this question at this time; Mr. Bailey, the Club Director, told me today that this functionality will be in the CCDB when it goes online, but did not give me a date for completion of that effort.

Q: What is the ETA for the second of the new tests?
A: Unknown at this time.

Q: Circle of the Resurrected: Can I pass off a member’s records and say "No comment, I won't take responsibility for this member records"? I ask this because one of my members records appears to be "doctored" but he has moved away and is pushing me very hard to get his record but I am simply not comfortable releasing them.
A: From Anna: It is a coordinator's responsibility to audit all Prestige records before releasing them to a new Domain.
A: No, you may not.  In fact, you may not transfer this member from your OU until you have accurate records to pass on to his new Coordinator.  If you are not comfortable in releasing them, you should not.

Comments
C: Domain of Myst: Funds have been transferred to Alix Hansen who is using them for the Winter Ball event planned in February.  Receipts have been written up for Matt Hull and Sandra Stewart who held the funds previously.

C: Moonlight Masquerade: This is my last Chapter report as I am the new DC and Jennifer Young was  selected as the new CC for the Chapter.
R: From Anna: Congratulations to both of you on your positions.

C: Anathema:  A good discussion ~ Profanity and it's use on Cam lists was recently discussed on the SW Coordinator list.  I felt that most people posting gave logical well thought out views on the topic.  Some people overreacted to the whole discussion, but most were very "professional".

C: The House of the Silver Crescent: Jerry Castillo has just raised in MC class, YEAH!! Congratulations Jerry, you are no longer an MC 1.

C: Common Cents: This may be my last domain report as DC of Common Cents. There has been a lot of pressure on me to step down/step aside. There are members who have said they will do anything to force a domain vote, even though my term is over in May and they have stated that they have nothing personal against me. None of the members have had discussions with me regarding matters in which I have not been doing my job correctly per the Membership Handbook and the Constitution.
When this domain was formed we were supposed to be a group of friends who would say anything to anyone. It seems that we've become something so far different. We were supposed to be a group that would handle our issues, but you can't handle issues if no one's willing to talk or listen. That's one of the most important parts, listening. If no one's willing to listen how do you expect to solve the issue? No one should have to roll over, but compromising isn't rolling over. Telling someone your opinion isn't the same as forcing your opinion on them. We may not always agree, but that's what makes life interesting. It should be about working together, trying to make it better.

C: Reign of Ash: This month I did some reconciliation of prestige for members and there are some changes to prestige totals.  These numbers are, to the best of my knowledge, correct.  I have not done a prestige reconciliation for everyone so there may be some corrections next month as well. The following members have had corrections to their prestige totals:  Daniel Heitner, Greg Berry

C: The Dragon's Coils:: Welcome to our newest Member, Calvin Carr.

C: Morbid Curiosity: Happy New Year! Welcome to the Year of Fire.

C: Method and Madness: Thank you very much for getting the previous report to me.
R: From Anna: You are very welcome Elijah.

C: Strange Bedfellows: Another round of applause for Chuck Childers and his amazing records.  Yet again I have asked him for information and he has been able to provide it.  Give the man a raise!

C: Dark Glittering Knights: 1) I have two new people who joined just this month. I am awaiting
confirmation of their prestige from their old CC’s at this time. I have a general amount for them, but no definite figures or dates. Chris Smith, US2002116940 and Brooks Barnes, US2003041452. 2) Jennifer Anderson, US2002034606 has moved back to Illinois. I have sent her prestige logs to her new CC. Victor Levandoski Chapter Coordinator IL-009-I, cc_il009@vampirethemasquerade.com. She took her first ordeal and sent this information to him, but he is not accepting it as he states he is not her cc yet until he hears from his RC that our RC has released her to their region. 3) Have sent Guy Seggev’s, US2002021437 prestige log to Matt Giezentaner for audit to be promoted to MC 10. Matt should be sending this up soon. Will also make adjustments to his prestige numbers per the auditor. 4) Samantha  Richards, US2002021960 is not going to renew her membership this time due to family and life issues. When her membership is up in January, I will remove her from my roster. Also, Matt Ridway, US2002021506 has decided not to renew his membership at this time due to issues and school. I will remove him from my report as well in January.  5) Valorie Garrard, US2002021451 will be pending MC8, per audit.

C: The Ancient Gamble: I only coughed up one lung in the past two weeks. Considering I haven't
been firing on all four cylinders for years I should be able to proceed with life as normal shortly.

C: Circle of the Resurrected: I will have the prestige rewards on next months report. I haven't had the time to go through them due to the holliday season.

C: Domain of Salt Lake: Richard Johnson's (US2002034063) MC9 Prestige Review Audit was sent to Regional on 11/30/2003 Peter Savas's, (US2002021230) MC13 Prestige Review Audit was sent to Regional on 12/8/03 Both Audits were listed in the Regional Audit Que in the November SWRC Report
R: The ARC Reports are due on the 12th of every month, which is after both of those were submitted.  Additionally, my report is not due until the 15th of every month.  It should not be unusual to have those appear given the dates involved.
2) I have not received a December report from UT-004-C Rising Sun.
3) I would like to Recommend 5 G Org Service (attending Domain Meeting a special Guests) to Jeremy White US2002022596 & Robert Dunn US2002023538, both of Dead Man's Hand. Both Robert & Jeremy Drove 12 hours each way to Attend our Domain meeting, and to wrap up our DST Election as designated proctors. Considering Salt Lake City was starting to dig out of it's worst Snow Storm in over a decade, and some areas around the game site received as much as 3 feet of Snow, this was quite an effort on the part of these two Arizona Residents, who are probably not accustomed to so much snow.
4) In my November Report I awarded the following to Shelly Johnson,
US2002034061:
Administration (80 max):
      June: 30 General
            AVST- Influences 30 General
      July: 30 General
            AVST- Influences 30 General
      August: 30 General
            AVST- Influences 30 General
These awards were past the 3 month limit for backdating prestige. I am  requesting that Regional confirm these awards.
R: Confirmed.
Now that the Holidays are over, with Membership renewals, new tests, and Year of Fire all happening this coming year, it will be interesting to see how the New Year shakes out.

Suggestions
  S. Vegas Stakes: The only suggestion is that perhaps you need more people working on prestige approvals. I just wanted to say great job to the ones who are working on the prestige.

S. House of the Silver Crescent: I suggest everyone seriously read and reread the Membership Handbook.

S. Common Cents: The Membership Handbook and/or the Constitution need to more specifically state the duties and powers of coordinators and storytellers within the area of their jurisdiction.

S. Strange Bedfellows:  Complete the system that will allow the coords to verify if a  member has renewed or not.  I know that many members of the domain have probably renewed, I simply cannot tell which ones as many of them don’t report and think we are omniscient.

End Part 2.

COORDINATOR AWARDS FOR NOVEMBER

Note to DCs: If awards are listed for your CCs, they are for the amount of their total monthly Prestige award to be converted from General to Regional Prestige.  For Instance, if you awarded them 40 General, and they are listed for 10 Regional, their award for that month should be changed to "10 R 30 G."
