II. Summary of the Month:
|
The goal
of the South West Regional Coordinator’s office is to have the reports up to
date and on the website by the end of May. Other project consist of
planning events, making sure the
membership has all the information it needs, updated and on a single website;
as well as the stream lining of the regional staff. |

Had some confusion
regarding the event dates for ICC. Obtained a copy of the contract and
forwarded the information to Charles Bailey and the ICC team for
clarification Wish to
clarify that the SW Region, not necessarily the Domain of Tithe of Souls
AZD05, is hosting ICC. I have leads from multiple locations and states on the
teams, not just AZD05. From the
RC: I’ll be addressing this in full detail in the April report.
