II. Summary

Greetings South West!
First order of business is to extend vibrant congratulations to Christian, my Chief of Staff/Arbitration, on his recent wedding. I am very happy for him!
Over the last three months I have come to hold a great respect for the primary officers of this club. Organizing and ensuring the efficiency of a region, nation, or globe is hard and rewarding work. Some projects arent off the ground as quickly as Id like them to have been, but rest assured that there are many exciting things coming to the South West. Charities are shaping up, the last two Featured Game of the Month events have drawn over 70 people, the Member Advocates are exploring new ways to offer the membership a helping hand, the mentorship programs are being drafted, we have had the first issue of the Eternal Times published and there is so much more. The process of cleaning up the CRD is in full swing. Keep an eye out for announcements in the near future of new things for the benefit of the best region in The Camarilla!

1. One member, myself (Rudy Fuentez, US2002022628) served during SWRE 2006 as Sober Coordinator on Thursday, February 9,2006. Said member, was omitted from the SWRE 2006 Report and no prestige award was offered for this players service to the event. My hope is that there will be a time resolution to this error so and the prestige award will be processed. (Update for next Domain Report - May 2006).

1. I have a few members listed who HAVE renewed, but its not being reflected in the CRD. How can I assist these members in making sure their memberships are current?
Reply from the RC: Have your members login at the White Wolf site and then click on My Membership Credits. Simply purchasing the new membership does not automatically update it in the CRD. Clicking on My Membership Credits and then applying those credits should fix the problem.
2. How far back am I allowed to backdate prestige for our former ADSTs and VSTs? Due to DST reports not being filed, I was unable to award anything. I want to make sure our folk get what is earned.
Reply from the RC: You can back-date the prestige up to three months. Anything beyond that is my responsibility to approve. If the issue is a lack of reports, please submit the prestige awards to me in your next report and I will approve the awards.

The chapter coordinator of Sin City Ghetto has not filed a report since he has taken office. He took office in December and we had a problem scheduling time for me to pass on the information for the chapter so I filed it for him. Since then there has not been a report filed even after repeated discussions that he wants the job, but he claims to still want the job. I am unsure of what to do at this point, I cannot remove him from office but the reports need to be filed. What I would like to see is that either the chapter be dissolved or a new election take place for the position.

Questions: We have several lists that are run locally. They are yahoo group lists for such things as Frosaken, Changeling, Regquiem, Crones, LS, Invitus, Etc. Would a coordinator be able to award the list mod of these lists prestige? If so, what would it be based on, the traffic, the number of members, etc? And which level of coordinator would award this?
Reply from the RC: For local lists, a Domain Coordinator can award general prestige for list moderation. Such awards should be made according to the prestige guidelines for list moderation.
