II. Summary
Greetings South West!
With a work schedule change, I’ve been a bit busy this month. However, there are exciting things coming up in July, such as Con Games in Phoenix. DC elections are underway and the CRD updates are ever changing. Brian is doing an amazing job with the newsletter, and Patti and Nicko are turning the website into something that represents the best of the South West.
Prestige for Strategicon and for the (titled by my fantastic ARC Prestige) Great Missing South West Prestige Project will be reviewed in depth this month, as well as prestige for Midsummers 2006.
I took a visit to the North West over the Fourth weekend and I have to say, the South West is the best region EVER. Great job on being wonderful everyone!

1. Our Requiem Venue continues to enjoy excellent paricipation, not only by our
current members, but also
by returning members and visitors. Last Requiem Game had twenty (15) players in attendance. Excellent job by our storytelling staff. People were involved and engaged. The reduced numbers allowed our ST staff to make significant headway on several plotlines and one (1) plotkit. Awesome job!

2. We are continuing our work with the Domain of Myst (CA-051-D) to develop a number of "cross-domain" storylines. We have already begun work on running the "Hauberk of Blood" plotkit for several member of Lancea Sanctum in both the the Domain of Myst and Twilight Chronicles.
Response from the RC: Sounds like wonderful teamwork. I am proud of both domains.
3. We have resume on standard game schedule (2nd) Saturday. Our next game is scheduled for July 8, 2006 (07/08/06).
Problems: 1. One member, myself (Rudy Fuentez, US2002022628) served during SWRE 2006 as Sober Coordinator on Thursday, February 9,2006. Said member, was omitted from the SWRE 2006 Report and no prestige award was offered for this players service to the event. My hope is that there will be a time resolution to this error so and the prestige award will be processed. (Update for next Domain Report - June 2006).
Please note that per the recommendation of the the SWRC, Kara Swenson, I have completed the necessary requirements as instructed and am merely waiting for the prestige award. This has not been resolved as of the posting of this report - (07/05/06).

conversation I had with the RC; I am requesting that Regional step in to help me get what I
need to do certain aspects of my job. June 20th I sent an email to the RC,asking about the
results of our chapter elections (I didn't even know about them until a domain member told
me); and I have yet to hear back on the results...The same goes for an MC review of one of
my Domain members, sent on June 18th.

Comments: This is my final report, I resigned from my position last month and the 30 days is about to expire for the new election. The domain has been audited with the exception of Vegas Stakes. I have contacted the chapter coordinator and he seems unable to provide me with the prestige logs. The regional report is still showing that we have 33.00 in the domain funds. This is incorrect and should reflect zero. I will have all of the documentation stored on a cd for the new DC once he is elected.

Problems: Chris Smith, from Columbus OH made a purchase at our featured game of the month that we held in April. He has not been contacted on how to get said item and has emailed me about it also. I contact Juliet Meyer and Rachael Mastel in regards to this and they both said that they need to contact Jeremy about the item. To date this has not been resolved and is not reflecting well on our domain as well as our region

Problems: In various reports and on the CRD, our DST is listed as either Richard Johnson, or Jared Roberts, or not at all.
Currently our DST is Jake Jackson, and has been so since April. If this could be corrected, I think Jake would appreciate the credit for the great work he is doing as our DST.
Darren Baum US2004031332 currently has held the position of CC Rising Sun for 6 months, but has not passed his Test of Coordinator. I have told him he way past deadline for taking it, and will give him only until the end of
July to take it, and afterwards I will be forced to recommend his removal.

Response from the RC: In reverse order: I think that is more than generous as an extension. Please let Mr. Baum know that if he does not pass his test by the end of July, I will be forced to remove him from office per the Membership Handbook.
