II. Summary

We raised a total of $8010.00 in teddy bears for Hugs Across America. That’s 1,602 bears people. Wrap your minds around that. Now let’s see if we can do the same during our Food drive with Second Harvest.
I got Jan and Feb “Hugs” awards posted on the USNC along with a few of our FGoTM. So you can either use the SW Site or the link from USNC in your prestige logs.
USCC, you know you want to go. I’ll be there as the Prestige Co-Lead. You should all show up so you can get some nice National prestige. It’s good for you, it’s good for me, come and get some! Plus we have the run of the hotel, so no weddings next door while we’re all playing.
Plus SWaRE. The Con of the Awesome! I’ll be handling the Prestige for that too along with Sara DeSanto. What can I say I like seeing people get paid for their work.
Ordeals, I can’t encourage everyone enough. Log on and take them. You learn a lot about how our club works and get prestige at the same time. Take for instance the Prestige Ordeal =). Have you ever wondered why prestige audits go the way they do? If you take the Prestige Ordeal you’ll find out.
I am also happy to say we have a few CC/DC who have reported on time or early for the last three months. So part of their prestige this month is Regional not just General. ST’s if this is the third month you’ve reported on time. Please contact your CC/DC and have them point that out on their reports. So I can get your awards posted.

To all if you find typos or incorrect information. The best time to
send me an email about it is around the 12th of the following month.
That way the correction is fresh in my head plus I won't have to go

Problems: CA 57D
Chris Bartos, Joel Rull, michael cronican, and Dennis Lugo-Coll are
listed as a members of the southwest region on the CRD but cannot get
assigned to the San Diego domain. Please add him to the San Diego
Domain.
Answer from regional: All but Michael Cronican have been moved into
the Ca 057D membership list in the crd.
TO National: Michael Cronican US2008021950 is listed as a
US member, and must be moved by national into the SW region and/or
CA57D

IV. Projects

ARC Arbitration Projects:
I want to assemble a database of all Regional Arbitration issues, past
and present. This will aid the ARC: Arbitration and the RC in
investigating the history of the principals involved.
Update: Current issues that I am aware of have been archived. Will be
attempting to contact Domain level Coordinators to collect and archive
their past issues.
I want to host Code of Conduct workshops and promote CoC education at
the Domain and Chapter level.
Update: Possible USCC and SWRE workshops.
ARC Independants Projects:
I am still making attempts at getting all of the Chapters and
Independent members to report in a timely fashion, now that I am
listed as the Indy Coordinator in the CRD I will be working throughout
the month of March to get them all squared away.
ARC election Projects:
- updating excel tracking table.
- Contacting those Domains and Chapters the CRD says are in need of
an election.
ARC Prestige Projects:
- I am continuing to use the Prestige Audit Queue. No additional
comments or feedback at this time.
- Update and review for next report: 05/01/08
ARC Charities Project:
