II. Summary

It's been a busy month getting ready for SWaRE. Looking
forward to
seeing you all there. Sorry I said so much last month in this part I'm
kind of at a loss what to say this month. Pretty much I just wanted to
make sure this got posted before SWaRE so I wouldn't have to worry
about it while I drive to
Word of advice.... never plan a wedding, a move out of the state,
buying your first house and going to a Convention all at the same
time.

III. Questions & Answers

Problems: There has been little response to direct questions to the RC
regarding Resolution to Complaints. In fact, past inquiries about
Domain Boundaries for the last 2 months have still not been addressed
either.

Still waiting for Paradise Lost chapter to be closed.
Regional: paperwork issue
Nicole Murphy is unable to add Shawn Bentley as CC to the CRD for the
Maledorium chapter.
Regional: cleared up with help from the usnc.
Unable to remove Steve Koontz from the staff listing on the
CRD and
add Ray Mosco as DST.
Questions:\
Regional: That's something the RST staff needs to handle, as cords
aren't set up to do so in the crd
Any word from National/Regional about dissolving the
Paridise Lost Chapter?
Regional: I'm assuming it's just a paperwork issue at this point

Problems:
Any chance of getting Charles Hensley moved to BMK so he can actually
have his AVST position?

1. Can the volunteer Cammie's gain prestige for their work at the
shop, if the owner is donating money directly into the Chapter fund?
Meaning, if the Cammie in question donates their time to help clean
and organize our gaming site, and the owner gives an hourly
compensation directly to the chapter for the intent of giving to the
fund, is this prestige worthy?
As I said last month at best this would be game site clean up.

-How can I get on the CRD? It doesn't work.
Regional: doesn't work how?
-Where do I find the Prestige rewards for all the different categories?

IV. Projects
******************************
ARC Arbitration Projects:
Moved ahead on the Arbiration Database. Currently
updating the
spreadsheet as more Coordinators respond.
Viewed 1 mass complain, 2 individual complaints. Details
to be found
later in this report.
(In part 3, with selected distribution)
I want to assemble a database of all Regional Arbitration issues, past
and present. This will aid the ARC: Arbitration and the RC in
investigating the history of the principals involved.
Update: Current issues that I am aware of have been archived. All
Domain level Coordinators have been contacted. Only 3 have not
responded.
ARC Independants Projects:
I am working this month on getting in contact with the members of the
independent chapters that are folding.
ARC election Projects:
- updating excel tracking table.
- Contacting those Domains and Chapters the CRD says are in need of
an election.
ARC Prestige Projects:
I am continuing to use the Prestige Audit Queue. No additional
comments or feedback at this time.
- Per Paul Hackett (SWRC) I am providing an update of the MC Award
Archive (Listed in Section 9 of this Report).
- Pearce Dreadin (USNC) has noted as a reminder that members should
do the following in the prestige log: Leave a blank line between each
month. Use a separate line for each prestige subittmal/award (no bulk
enteries). (Example: Maintained Game Site (20). Member should to
submit as four (4) separate enteries or add the date for each time
site was maintained).
- Due to an increased volume of work and family issues, my ability to
complete audits has been hampered this month. Paul Hackett (SWRC) has
agreed to perform audits so pending audits in the queue can be
completed in time for SWRE. My apologies for the
delays.
- Also noting problem with e-mail bounces. I believe these have
since been remedied. Again, sincere apologies for the
inconvenience.
