II. Summary

I got side tracked with my
real life job this month, which is why my report is being sent out later than I
would like sorry about that everyone.
Well we continue to blow the
socks off of charities as once again we had a lot of you donate towards
American Forests. Keep it up. 85 people this month so that means IÕm
getting to award just over 2500R because of everyoneÕs charity work and
donations.

corrections I have already sent them up. But if you havenÕt yet and notice
something missing or incorrect please email me about it ASAP so I can help get

West Regional Website is up and running.
Go check it out and let me know what you think.
IÕm currently working on
getting us a new ARC Prestige as Rudy had to step down for family reasons. I
had four people apply so IÕll be putting them through the grinder and weÕll see
who comes out as the ARC Prestige.
DonÕt forget ICC is right
around the corner.

list does not go past Feburary 2007. Can this be fixed?

Forwarded up again, as it's a global level issue, however I hear from Wes C.
it's on his to do list

Benjamin Kesner paid membership in mid august and is showing expired in the
CRD.
Answer From regional: Try
contacting member services, if the member has not redeemed the credit the
renewal system gave him when he purchased his membership renewal

Problems:
Joe Burns US2007029509T, had
a membership purchased for him on 08/24/2008. His profile in the CRD does not
reflect this or that he is a member of BMK. Can we please fix this?
Answer from regional: His
membership lapsed in 2007 as per the crd, he needs to redeem the credit
purchased for him on the camarilla site in order for it to show on his
membership. As per his location, poof!, Fixed J
Questions: Is there a
minimum number of members in a chapter to keep it open?
Answer from regional: Nope
just report and youÕre good to go.
Also, in the RC report,
Cassandra Wendel is still being listed as the Domain Coodinator. She is now
living on the other side of the country. Can we please fix this? Thanks!!

Problems:
Still waiting for Paradise
Lost chapter to be closed.
Regional: this is
something National must do, it has been officially closed at the regional level,
however the paperwork on the crd hasn't quite caught up
Nicole Murphy is unable to
add Shawn Bentley as CC to the CRD for the Maledorium chapter.
Regional: This was corrected
last month by the ARC Admin with help from the USNC
Unable to remove Steve
Koontz from the staff listing on the CRD and add Ray Mosco as DST.
Regional: DC's cannot remove
their DST's in the CRD, the RST must do this, Have Ray drop Harley an email.
Questions:
Any word from
National/Regional about dissolving the Paradise Lost Chapter?
Regional: It officially is
done, just needs to be caught up in the crd deletion process, which only the NC
can do.
Any word from
regional/national about completing transfers for mike and tammy worthing?

ARC Arbitration Projects:
Moved ahead on the
Arbiration Database. Currently updating the spreadsheet as more
Coordinators respond.
I want to assemble a
database of all Regional Arbitration issues, past and present. This will
aid the ARC: Arbitration and the RC in investigating the history of the
principals involved.
Update: Current issues that
I am aware of have been archived. All Domain level Coordinators have been
contacted. Only 3 have not responded.
