Problems, Solutions: -From UT014D
Meghan Smith US2003061689 is showing expired in the CRD, she updated
her email address in her profile and it changed her expiration date to
2008 instead of 2009. She was showing as paid up through last month
when I did my report, but now is showing expired in 9-2008.
Regional: Contact Sean mooney memberservices@volunteer.white-wolf.com
DST on Regional RC report still showing Peter Kouzmine. Should be
listed as Erin Rustin US2002023309

5. Questions / Concerns
How far away do you have to be from a neighboring domain to apply for your own?
Regional: I believe 30 miles is the requirement in the handbook, but
some have been built closer.
How do you send up a VSS and who do you send it up to? Can you re-send
one that was written by someone that has been closed out by another
domain?
Regional: Not really our area of expertise, but I’ll give it a shot
(this is more of an RST staff question). The potential VST writes up
the VSS and enters it into the approvals db (there should be an option
for that in the db). I wouldn’t use the whole vss verbatim, but at
the very least get permission from the original author, and give them
credit in the VSS. For further questions, I refer you to the RST
staff

PROBLEMS:
The Chapter is still in need of recruiting new members. This is
essentially a repeat of last months' entry, but it is included here so
that it is still officially recognized by the chapter. The Domain
Coordinator did, however, make mention that transfers into the chapter
was welcome and available to anyone who wants them.
Regional: Try joining up with the cam recruit and mentor list run by
the membership services admin, and getting suggestions from there.
Recruitment larps help too, even if they’re not currently sanctioned
venues (like owod C/A or Sabbat).
It is also past the end of term of the current Chapter Coordinator,
and the election process has not been concluded. The current
coordinator will continue with his responsibilities until a
coordinator can be properly elected for the new term.
Regional: We appreciate that, especially considering the DC office is
under election, hopefully CC elections will be held as soon as that is
resolved.

The pertinent reports should be from around January 2003-November
2006. for they were a AARST, ARST, AARC, RAO, CC, DC, and DST.
I will have to go and sift thru the website and remove/ edit these all by hand.
I am going to request they send me links to the pages they know for
sure need to be removed.

1) Is there a way we can have Nicko set up a redirect on the old
website that can direct to the page with the new current report
links..to make it easier on our members for sake of their reports, so
they do not have to go thru pages of their reports changing the links
on all of the to reflect the new site?
2)New would you like the map Sara made linked to from the regional website?

I am guessing question number 1 is not possible now? I can remove it
from the report if you like.
ARC Admin project: Getting reports turned in by DC’s and CC’s more
regularly, contacting dc’s whom haven’t reported in more than a month
or two (yellow status), and contacting dc’s of cc’s who’ve not
reported in a while either.
