II. Summary

Region seems to be doing alright. We’re trying some drives to help
membership and I’m very interested in seeing the results of those drives.
Planning for a mini regional in October is in the works. See the South West
Regional list for a recent post requesting volunteers. Its planned for
Ontario, California the weekend of October 9th -11th.

Current issues that I am aware of have been archived.
ARC Independants Projects:
========1. Summary ========
There have been a few members added to the SW-001-D "Domain" in the CRD. I
am in the process of getting them in order and getting their Prestige taken
care of.
======== 2. Outstanding Issues ========
Only one of the chapters is reporting at a regular interval. At this point,
I recommend folding the chapters and placing the members into SW-001-D so
they can be properly tracked.
======== 3. Current Projects ========
I am continuing to work this month on getting in contact with the members of
the independent chapters that are folding, so as to get them in the proper
place in the CRD.

I had technical failure with my email this last month and several elections
were set back due to this issue.

The CRD.
I was approached by a member and asked to give them permissions as a DC onto
the CRD...I would be more then happy to help out...But I do not have ARC
permissions to the CRD only the DC permissions.
ARC Admin answer: I have ARC permissions in the crd, just drop me an email
about it.
Questions:
If you would like to grant me those I would be more then happy to help these
members.
Also I know there as been alot of issues with the DB too...what is being
done about that, and what can I do to help?

I noticed on the report that some of the information is off..such has DSTs
and STs for domains...as well as the MC list.
Who shall we have report discrepancies too? to make sure those are current
and up to date?
Answer: to the ARC admin, which I try my best sometimes I miss things
ARC Admin project: Getting reports turned in by DC’s and CC’s more
regularly, contacting dc’s whom haven’t reported in more than a month or two
(yellow status), and contacting dc’s of cc’s who’ve not reported in a while
either.
Attempting to update the regional finance totals and get SWRE 2010 bid
guidelines from the NCA to get to the membership of the region.
