II. Summary

I appreciate everyone being patient this month. Things should be back into
full gear within the next week or so. A more formalized announcement for
our mini-regional in October is due out shortly, we had to change the dates
due to a NASCAR convention also being booked at the hotel. Its still in
October, and will not conflict with ICC for those that will be able to go to
both.

Comments:
- Our Domain hosted the Featured Game of the Month in April. Below, the
prestige from that event is listed as all general until which time Regional
Approves our Regional Recommendations.
**UPDATE** I have yet to hear from the Regional Office regarding the status
of this Prestige. Is there any way we can get an update?
*Answer:* I have yet to receive any copy of prestige from the FGotM in
order to approve it for regional prestige. Please send me a spreadsheet of
the recommended prestige and I’ll go over it.

Current issues that I am aware of have been archived.
ARC Independants Projects:
========1. Summary ========
There have been a few members added to the SW-001-D "Domain" in the CRD. I
am in the process of getting them in order and getting their Prestige taken
care of.
======== 2. Outstanding Issues ========
Only one of the chapters is reporting at a regular interval. At this point,
I recommend folding the chapters and placing the members into SW-001-D so
they can be properly tracked.
======== 3. Current Projects ========
I am continuing to work this month on getting in contact with the members of
the independent chapters that are folding, so as to get them in the proper
place in the CRD.

In regards to the suggested a regional based google calendar for us to start
creating and using to coordinate and share our game dates with one another
