Regional Charity donations seem to be a bit low, if you have any recommendations for charities or ideas of how to help boost the numbers please email it to the aRC Charities, sw.arc.charity@gmail.com.
Look forward to a new edition of the Newsletter, not sure exactly which month it’ll come out it, but I’m excited to be working with SpiderTeo to get it up and running again.
Due to having to change how we award for the 3 month ontime reporting there is a new section to help keep things organized. Its titled ON TIME REPORTING and will state if its for coordinators or storytellers. If you have reported ontime for three consecutive months and don’t see your name listed please contact sw.arst.reports@gmail.com for storyteller awards, and treisebidelia.apailil@gmaill.com for coordinator awards.
Lastly, the MC Class list at the end of the report is dismally inaccurate. I’ve been trying to fix what gets brought to my attention but there is a load of errors there that are years behind. Please please, take a look at that list. If you are listed incorrectly please send me and Sara de Santo an email letting us now where you should be. If you aren’t listed at all, let us know that too. I’ll be going through it and removing people who aren’t in the region anymore.

Questions: We would ask that summit county be officially added to the counties supported by our domain. it is immediately to our east an does not host any independent chapters.
SWRC: Have someone email cam.swrc@gmail.com with a request. I’ll toss it up to National to get the okay, but don’t see there being any problems with it.
From CA 056 D
Problems/Solutions: The independent chapter of CA-074-I, City of
Ashes, has decided to rejoin the Strange Bedfellows domain, so all the
players in that domain need email the RC with their most currest
prestige log. Update: Still waiting.
SWRC: There have been no official requests sent by the individual members themselves for transfer. Once those requests are received I am more then happy to begin the transfer process.

Problems:
I submitted US2005096582: Charles Hensley prestige log for backdating. I
have not yet heard back. What is status of this log?
SWRC: I haven’t received the log. Did you send it directly to me or to the aRC Prestige?
Questions:
With no members now in: CA-23-C, The Sepulchre – how do we close this chapter?
SWRC: Drop me an email stating the date of the last member’s move. Once I’ve cleared it in the CRD, I can close the chapter and send a note up to National about it.

This month, I have been working on adding the Southwest’s Domain Coordinators to my report. Hopefully we can get everyone to begin reporting in a uniform manner within the next few months.

August was a rough month. Between recovering from illness and moving it’s been a full month. I was able to process the majority of my incoming log at the end of July right before the move. My most sincere apologies for anyone who was lost in the cracks while waiting for me to get my house back in order.

I was contacted by member Shelly Johnson US2002034061 in regards to obtaining prestige records for herself after a hiatus from the Camarilla organization. I gave her the link I found on google from a former DC who had put all the previous reports online for her chapter/domain as well as reminded her of the following FAQ. http://camarilla.white-wolf.com/usnc/faq.php?id=34 and http://camarilla.white-wolf.com/usnc/faq.php?id=46
New:
I was seeing a rash of logs that had verification links to a website that has not been active for some time. I can only assume that the CC/DCs are not verifying the prestige logs as they should before they send them up.
In the past, I’ve corrected the logs if there was only one or two offending lines. Going forward, logs with invalid links will be rejected back to the DC/CC.
I created a list of old SW website URL’s with New Website URL’s so that members can fix them BEFORE sending their completed logs up their CC chain. I’ve included the list on this report. But I also have it in an easier to read excel spread sheet.

Ongoing: Google calendar underway...so far 3 domains have been added and I have a few other that just emailed me their schedules, so they are in the cue to be added. I sent out an email to the coordinator list, I will make a reminder follow shortly..

ARC Publications
Current Projects:
The ARC Publications is currently getting a list of talent to contribute to the newsletter. These "talents" would include writers, reporters, photographers, artists, and more. So far, we have 4 names of possible contributors after the ARC Publications sent an all-call for talent after the announcement of his appointment by the SWRC. We are hoping to get more after another announcement calling for more volunteers.
There is a yahoogroup to help facility communication among the newsletter staff. It is at:

The newsletter will also use the name "Eternal Times" so that the legacy of the original newsletter from years before continues on and not forgotten.
We are currently getting assignments ready for our first issue, slated for November/December release. I'm hoping for a bi-monthly schedule, 6 issues a year.
