With no members now in: CA-23-C, The Sepulchre – how do we close this
chapter?
*SWRC: Drop me an email stating the date of the last member’s move. Once
I’ve cleared it in the CRD, I can close the chapter and send a note up to

Update: Comments: I still need to send the RC a email about CA-23-C, The
Sepulchre - The last member was transferred to the domain in August in
2009.
Problems:
We have talked about US2002034461: Walter Walker, since he can’t be moved to
the Riverside domain it was agreed that he would become a SW Indie member.
Can the RC staff move him to their Indie tracking?

The ARC Publications staff is currently working on the November/December
issue. Some assignments have been made so far:
Thea Rivera - Unspecified SoCon 2009 review/article.
Erin Ruston - A review of ICC, possibly enlisting help for it
Kristi Trujillo - Coordinator's Corner column
Erick Quinones - interview with SoCon lead organizer, Nicole Ortiz
Ron Edens - Gaming on a Budget article/column
We are looking for possible photos from SoCon to use in some of the possible
articles.
Artwork and the cover art has not been assigned yet.

PROBLEMS:
The camera that had many of the photos from SoCon is missing/stolen, much to
the frustration and embarrassment of the camera's owner (the dumb-ass ARC
Publications). There were some photos from the event though it's going to be
more of a make-do-with-what-we-have kinda thing, if there is a review of
SoCon in the newsletter.
