II. Summary

Not much going on this month. I assume that the holidays has everyone's
attention elsewhere. I know mine certainly is. SWRE is coming up in June,
hope to see many of you there. Been getting somethings ironed out with the
NC, apparently there was an issue with the MC audits list so some of the
approvals at National might take a bit longer then normal.

III. Questions & Answers

Problems: The gap between Kelly Nabours’ step down and my election means
that MC totals will likely have shifted. I will solve this by going on the
logs provided to me by the members of the domain, and by using old records
where all else fails. However, I will put out the all-call for a domain-wide
hard audit in December, with the clarification that whatever I have
represents your MC total.
Also, Thea Rivera, though a member of the domain, does not appear on the
CRD. Erik Blair, her significant other, assures me that she has reupped, but
there may be a glitch in the CRD (as notices have gone out on that matter
recently). I hope the matter is corrected soon, but to avoid questions, her
status is absent from this month's report. If I am in error on this
decision, please let me know, and I will correct it.
Questions: A personal one – the old DC approved me for MC5, but didn’t
return the document with an approval stamp, and my paper trail seems to have
up and vanished. Should I send it up to the RC just to make absolutely sure?
Suggestions: I wish to recommend Seth Ford, the DST, for a slight Prestige
bump for this month. He is currently doing double duty as Interim VST for
Forsaken until a new officer can fill the post. As such, I recommend a
slightly higher award, to be determined by the RST’s office.

dst is doing he should be informed so he can make his recommendation…
however you are also free to award him more/less than recommended by the
rst.

Received email from Liz Monroe. She is transfering to new Utah chapter and
she asked me about some prestige that was unawarded and awarded incorrectly
for her self and another member. I advised her on 12/2/09 to work with the
the older coordinators to compile a list of missing and incorrect prestige
and to send them to the RC because several of the awards are over 3 months
old.

of data entry and will take several months to complete.

will have links to the PDFs, once available.

There was an All-Call for artists and photographers. There were six
responses to that, and open assignemnts have been given to them, but no
further responses. We are waiting for the artwork before the newsletter can
get released.
