December was a decent month. It seems like a lot of the rough spots are
smoothing out, and I look forward to another year as your RC. Remember,
think of topics you'd like to discuss at our Regional meeting at SWRE and

Did we miss the all call for the ANST -Masqurade.
>From the ARC Admin: not to my knowledge, so far all I have found is the
appointment of one.
>From the RC: There is technically no requirement to have an all call for
assistant positions, on occasion they are simply appointed.
Suggestions:

Chapter Coordinator for Velvet Glove Resigned, Election is in process for
new Coordinator.
Comment from regional: please make sure that the new CC reports as soon as
they can, the chapter is in the black report wise, and needs to have reports
filed to clear it up, and make sure the members get their prestige.

Problems: Marissa Kelly US2009013495 has bought a membership but is still
shown as a trial member. Phil Simson has bought a membership and is still
shown as a trial member. DC Paul Truman quit with no notice, a new DC
election is already underway with applications due by January 4, 2010

Projects:
Member Class Level Tracking - Spreadsheet has been created and the input of
the data is proceeding faster than expected. At this rate I should have a
working model for the new tracking by early next month which will make
updating the regional report so much easier and more organized.
Jason Wallace Log Reconstruction – Brian Pica is attempting to put me in
touch of someone down in Riverside that may have the logs that are needed to
rebuild a log from 1999 – 2004.
Jason Orman Backdated Prestige – Proceeding slowly. Hope to have solid
results within 2 weeks.
*ARC Charities Project*:
Summary
During Dec, Casey started on organizing the ARC email. Both Michael and
Casey are working on getting several different charities lined up so the
region will be able to have a set schedule for the year.

Added 2 more Domains to the Calendar and was contacted by another with
updates to their schedule.
- Contacted Caleb Bogaczyk about the google domain/region map projected they
posted about on the Uscamarilla-ooc list. To see if they want to collaborate
with the Map Sara DeSanto already made and the calendar I am working on. (no
reply yet)
- was contacted about putting the new publication up on the website...we
will have links to the PDFs, once available.

submitted artwork, we'll be speeding it along to see what we can get within
