II. Summary

Well.. Its been a whole year.. Looking forward to another and to SWRE 2010
in June! I hope to see many of you there! This month has had its ups and
downs, especially health wise with me. Hopefully things are a bit more
ironed out now, and should be returning to some semblance of normal. A
family issue has caused a bit of a delay in the Prestige office, so if you
are pending an audit please be a bit more patient. The delay should be
resolved shortly.

III. Questions & Answers

AZ010 D
Problems: At least 3 of the domain members can either not renew their
subscriptions or are not showing as renewing though they have sent me
receipt confirmations. When they contact the Cam’s tech support email they
either receive no response or are told that they can not or will not help
them with this issue. I do not know how to resolve this but it is definitely
a problem.

that has not fixed it. Try
the current MSA, I think she’s your best bet for now (*

AZ009d: Comments: John Jelley US2004122561 and Joseph Breeding
US2008042256 have renewed their memberships but it is not registering on
the database

Problems: The chapter is still not being completely reflected in the
regional reports. Recommendations for prestige have not been responded to
for four months now.
Have you tried emailing the rc directly on what was done as part of the city
building as she handles that directly.
*SWRC: Backdated prestige for the Coordinator should be in the Member
Tracking section of this report.*
Jason Porter has been elected as the requiem storyteller but is not shown as
the storyteller on the CRD
ST side issues need to be directed to the RST’s staff, the RC staff has no
ability to do anything with the storyteller sides of things
Questions: How do I get awarded prestige for efforts in areas other than
administration?
Talk to the ARC indy’s as she acts as the direct coordinator for independent
chapter cc’s.
Suggestions:
Comments: Sevya Edmiston (US2009104892), Krystal Dick (US2009104891) and
James Paulsen (US2009114995T) are listed on the CRD as trial members even
though they have paid their membership. Sevya's account shows a correct
expiration date while Krystal's does not. The Club Director has assured they
will be treated as full members while this problem is fixed.

Summary
During this month, Casey has been sorting through old emails to ensure that
all back dated prestige is awarded. We have been showing good participation
with both the regional and national level charities. At this point in time,
not many members have taken advantage of the regional prestige award for
charity recommendations for the second quarter.

- December 09 SW RC report added to the website.
Ongoing:
-The request for the Changes to the SW wiki per the ACD special projects is
ongoing. It should be done shortly. :)
-Google calendar still in the works. Contacting and sending reminders to the
DC to send me their domains schedules...
- Contacted Caleb Bogaczyk about the google domain/region map projected they
posted about on the Uscamarilla-ooc list. To see if they want to collaborate
with the Map Sara DeSanto already made and the calendar I am working on. (no
reply yet)
- was contacted about putting the new publication up on the website...we
will have links to the PDFs, once available.

CURRENT PROJECTS:
The Nov/Dec 2009 Newsletter is still in progress. Some spreads have already
been done, as well as the cover. We are hoping to get the rest done very
soon!
Work on the Jan/Feb 2009 issue has started. The theme of the issue is
relationships, given February's St. Valentine's Day holiday. It can be about
any kind of relationship, romantic, platonic, antagonistic, but it should
involve some sort of passion and emotion in it.
So far, we got preliminary assignments here:
-Kristi Trujillo, US2005116862, for a piece on Suicide Awareness and
Prevention Month.
-Erin Ruston, US2002023309, for possible art piece
-Erick Quinones, US2002022535, for possible interview/poll from the Region
-Erik Blair, US2002021327, for ST Lounge Column
-Meghan Smith, US2003061689, providing the cover

PROBLEMS:
The already mentioned delay for the Nov/Dec issue is the most pressing
problem. Hoping to get it finished within a week or two.
The Jan/Feb issue is already expected to be delayed, but we are going to try
to expedite as much as possible.
