II. Summary

Its been a busy couple of days for Prestige reviews, and I appreciate
everyone’s patience and willingness to work with us as we get them pushed
through. Other then that, May has been mostly prepping for SWRE and the
launch of oWoD, and from what I understand that has gotten along quite well.
Also we’re setting up a google group for prestige Audits, CC’s and DCs will
be able to post logs directly to the group, and with luck it will help with
tracking progress and keeping things organized.

QUESTIONS FOR NATIONAL:
QUESTIONS ANSWERED BY REGIONAL:
*Ca-028-D:*
Problems: Edward Benson's cam number needs to drop the "T", need prestige
audits back asap.
*SWRC: Check with Wes Contreras for the membership
issue. Prestige
audits are being sent back as they are finished.*
Questions: Can we be sent any domain reports that regional may have on file
since September 2007?
*SWRC: Sure! I’ll get to compiling what I’ve got into a
single document for you after I get back from SWRE. Alternately, any domain
reports that where filed will be in the archives of the Us-Sw-Reports list.*

Problems:
1. I've had a number of requests to help rebuild prestige records for former
members of the domain and it's now defunct chapters.
To do this I need all reports for the following domains/chapters for
2004-2009
-CA-057-D Veil of Shadows,, San Diego , CA
-CA-024-C, Maledorium
-CA-073-C, The Last Rites
I've sent an email to the anc-chapters with no response.
*SWRC: The Us-Sw-Reports archive will have reports from 02/2006 and forward,
that would be the first place you should start looking. If the anc-chapters
hasn’t responded yet, I would poke them again, or attempt contact through
the NC.*
2. Despite our last DC having consistently filed reports since January we
are still listed as being in the black on subsequent RC reports. We need
this corrected. *SWRC: Unit information should be updated as of this
report.*
3. We are in need of a DST election. I have subbed Martin Christensen on
email address sw.arst.wod@gmail.com as requested. However, I have yet to
receive a confirmation as list admin that he has accepted the subscription.
*SWRC: If there still isn’t any response I’d recommend contacting Martin
and Jesse again.*
Suggestions:
We need an online resource to post past reports. Maybe in the file section
of the CRD. Something members can access when trying to rebuild their
prestige logs.
I'd rather empower the members to do it themselves than do the job for them.
*SWRC: I’m more then happy to discuss with National the possibility of
doing something like that. Otherwise, my other suggestion is that we put
them on the **Cam** wiki linking to our Region. *

-* In last month's RC report, it was noted later on in the report that my
report was "incomplete". If my report is incomplete at all, please let me
know what I'm missing and I'll fix that immediately.

*Questions: *Where does our application for domain status stand?
*SWRC: I’m not sure. I haven’t seen any approval on it since it was first
put up. I’ll put a post on the subject, I know that the national inboxes
have been a bit flooded lately.*
My prestige tends to be backdated after gaps, which leads me to believe I am
reporting it the wrong way. Is there another way I need to be reporting for
myself?
*SWRC: As the CC for an indy chapter, you should list your prestige in your
report, and send a copy of your prestige claims to the aRC Independents to
include in her report. *
