II. Summary

SWRE came and went fantastically. If you didn’t hear we managed to raise something close to 17,000 for the chosen charities. You guys are the awesome!
Membership number where on the rise, and lets keep them that way. If there are any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask them!
Prestige: For the DSTs and the aRSTs there is a lot of backdated prestige. If there is a letter listed after your award it means your report was either (L)ate, or nr for No report. If this is incorrect please email both myself and us.sw.rst@gmail.com with the proof that your report was ontime and we will make sure the correction gets in the next report.
SWRE Prestige: I’ve had a ton of people asking me when SWRE prestige is going to be ready. The answer is, I don’t know. I’m waiting to get either a final or, hopefully, a proof from the NCA in the next month or so, but believe me, as soon as I know I will let you know.

QUESTIONS ANSWERED BY REGIONAL:
Ca-045-C:
Joe Holsinger wants to earn some Regional Prestige. Any suggestions?
SWRC: Anyone wanting to earn Regional Prestige can always participate in the Regional Charities, from our Region as well as others as long as they are open. The Cam wiki has a page on it for charities, but I’m not sure how up to date it is. As well, occasionally smaller projects will come up, so sending me an email every once in a while isn’t a bad idea.

Member Transfer
Michael Hamilton US200508623 is still waiting to be transferred from GIR
SWRC: I haven’t received anything requesting a transfer for Michael. Please send up an email requesting the transfer, include myself, the NC, the GiR CC and the Local DC in it, as well as a prestige log.

- Am I supposed to be reporting my prestige to the ARC Independents? If so, please let me know, I would appreciate it.
SWRC: Yup. You should email it to Kristi Trujillo, Sw.arcindy@gmail.com, each month by the 7th, and I would recommend you also list yourself in your domain tracking list just to have it multiple places. If reported correctly it will appear in the Regional Report near the bottom.

Problems: Edward Benson's cam number needs to drop the "T", need prestige audits back asap, Waiting on finalization of David Mercer's Transfer of membership to LMDS
SWRC: Contact Member Services, or Wes Contreras about the membership number issue. Prestige audits are being returned as they are done, the slow down has been due to RL issues involving not having computer access, but should be completed soon. I believe I finalized David’s transfer already.
Questions: Can we be sent any domain reports that regional may have on file since September 2007?
SWRC: I don’t have any reports that aren’t listed in the Sw-Reports list archive.

Problems:
1. I have several Returning members who need rebuilds on their prestige logs. I have tried to search every possible place I have access to including regional reports list. I have also sent a request for all of the domain reports so that I can rebuild them but have not received a response, who should I contact in order to get assistance with this?
SWRC: Did you ask the aNC Chapters? Other then the sw-reports list archive that would be the best place to start. If you have access to old reports that where placed on websites for local domains/chapters please forward them to Regional and National so they can be kept. Otherwise, the best place to look would be the USNC website for Regional/National Prestige. If you need access to reports from other regions, you’d need to contact that Region to get those.
2. I have several members that I can find what their MC was before they left the cam, on the RC report, etc.. The problem is that I don’t have any way to rebuild their log. Can I just award them the base amount for their MC?
SWRC: If there is an old Regional or National report that lists the totals for General, Regional, and National, along with a date somewhere you can forward it to me. I will then toss it to the NC who will present it to the Council. If they approve then that line can be used as a single line reinstatement on their Prestige log. Any email sent confirming the Council’s approval will need to be provided in the Prestige log for verification purposes.
3. I have several members reporting CRD issues ranging from expiration issues to invisibility. Who can I contact regarding this?

4. I have some members that are waiting for national charity awards, but has not been awarded. I have forwarded the receipts up the chain, who should I contact to make sure that this is reported?
SWRC: If they have been placed in the Regional report in the correct section then it may be that they aren’t in a National Report that is out yet. The NC report isn’t posted to the Sw Region list so it might take some looking for. If they show up in my report but aren’t in the correct NC report, then you should email the aNC Charities to fix the mistake. If it doesn’t show up in my report, double check that your DC received the right information and reported it, then email myself and my aRC Charities to make sure it gets fixed.

Questions: Now that I am at least an interim domain coordinator can I backdate the missing prestige for our VSTs from when the RST reports were not being turned in?
SWRC: Some of the prestige for the Indy VSTs was covered in the RST report, and in recommendations listed in my report. If any months listed as not having a report are a mistake please forward me the report, including the original date stamp and I will make sure and fix the award in my next report.

1. I've had a number of requests to help rebuild prestige records for former members of the domain
and it's now defunct chapters.
To do this I need all reports for the following domains/chapters for 2004-2009
-CA-057-D Veil of Shadows,, San Diego , CA
-CA-024-C, Maledorium
-CA-073-C, The Last Rites
I've sent an email to the anc-chapters with no response.
UPDATE: I've been able to obtain several reports from former officers of The Last Rites that were sent in email form to a prior DC. I'm working through them now to mine then for data. After I'm done I will forward what I've gotten to the ANC-Chapters for Archival purposes.
SWRC: That’s awesome. Unfortunately, I don’t have anything outside of what’s on the SW Reports list. If you are having problems getting a response from the aNC Chapters poke them again.
2: Brian LaMere appears in the CRD as Brian L. Can we get this corrected? Thanks. SWRC: This is a job for the tech people higher then me. You can see if that’s something that Membership Services can get taken care of for you.
3: May DC Prestige award should have been awarded to Ragan Davis as his tenure was through that month. I may have filed the report but he was DC.

Discussing possible addition of spring dates to bid requirements for SWRE. Trying to locate the exact amount of the Regional funds. Getting together past regional awards to proper format for inclusion onto the USNC website. Considering compiling Us-Sw-Reports archives onto a publicly accessible site for easier prestige log re builds.

-Updated the Calendar with new and revised game schedules.

-Requested on the SW Coordinator List that the DCs send me their game schedules, so I can update the Google calendar. I also asked if there was anyone not on the list to let me know so I can add them and give them privs to make edits as needed to their domains events. This request was made based on the fact that this month we started up oWod games again and this might have adjusted the domains of our regions game schedules. And we didn’t have that great of response the last time I made the request either. I am hoping with this new request and the email thread of a similar topic on the SW OOC list that this will result in a better response and use of this asset.
Comments:
New
: Requested that the DCs or more proactive members of their domains double check and update their domains wikis with the proper category coding, so that it appears and is connected to the right region and country codes on the official cam white wolf wiki. I hope this will make it easier for all members to find our Wiki, websites and the information needed to enhance their gaming experience.
